Never Underestimate The Power Of Love

The Slytherin Skittles and Marlene come up with a plan to get Pandora and Lily together.

Pandora stares at the two Gryffindor' that are supposedly 'in love'. It's weird. She vividly remembers Lily being awkward around her. You know, like she liked her. But now she's dating James Potter. Who Regulus is in love with.

Marlene and Dorcas are off to the side of them, talking indistinctly to each other. Of course, Lily' laughing with James. She wishes she'd never met Lily.

Lily and her were always hanging out. Pandora made the mistake of thinking it was something more. She knew when Lily and James started going out on dates that they were just friends. At least to Lily.

Barty and Evan eye each other and look back at their friend. "You see her, right?"

"She's sad. Lily doesn't like her."

Dorcas and Marlene overheard them and slid over to them. "No, Lily does like her. She just thinks her parents will disown her if she dates a girl."

"How do you know this, Cas?"

"Marls."

Marlene waves at them from behind her girlfriend. They wave back at her. "I have an idea. I just need Reg in on the plan."

Dorcas smiles. "I got it. What do you need us to do."

They both smile. "McKinnon, make sure no one gets near Lily after James is away."

"You got it." She tips her non-existent hat.

"Cas, we need you to get Reg to flirt with Potter."

Marlene smiles. "Jamie' gonna love that."

"You got it, Bee."

"Ev, you get Dora in on the plan."

"Got it." Evan does the same as Marlene and tips his non-existent hat.

The plan is set in motion. Regulus is on his way to flirt with James, Marlene is a little away from Lily, Dorcas is with Barty and Evan on the side ready to do anything if needed, and Pandora is ready for whenever Regulus gets James away.

As soon as James got away from Lily, Pandora went up to her. "Hey, Lily."

"Hey, Dora. How are you?"

"I'm good." Pandora sees Marlene out of the corner of her eye. She's mouthing something.

'Tell her.' Pandora realizes what she means.

"Lily," she says, turning back towards her. "I have something to confess, and I don't expect you to say anything back, I just want to get it off my chest."

"Ok, what is it?"

"I'm in love with you. I've always been in love with you. I don't expect you to love me back, I never did, but when you started dating James, it hurt me. Barty, Evan, Reg, and Cas could see it. I didn't want to say anything but Marls said you were scared because of your parents. I don't think they would disown you, Lils. Not ever. They love you too much. So, if you do feel the same way, please tell me, or. Well, I don't know what I'd do. Just please, say something."

There's silence for a while, then Lily walks the rest of the way towards Pandora, cups her face, and kisses her. "Of course I love you, you idiot. I love you so much. I always have, Dora. I love you."
