Chapter 2
After an hour of discussing and driving, Tyler parked in front of Katie's neighbor's house.
"Liam, text Hannah and find out what they're doing." Tyler demanded. Liam texted Hannah and a few minutes later, he got a response.
"They're sitting in the basement talking." Liam said, putting his phone back in his pocket.
"How exciting." Mike said. "So, do we just go through the back door?"
"Um.. Haven't thought about that. Yeah, I guess." Tyler answered, unsure.
After the plan was final, the boys snuck up to the back door and to their luck, it was unlocked. Stupid girls, Tyler thought. The three boys snuck quietly into the house. Once they reached the basement door, all three boys screamed, "THE PARTY IS HERE!" and other stupid things while they ran down the steps.
All three girls screamed and turned around. Katie's eyes widened when she saw Tyler and she turned away quickly. Hannah ran up and hugged Liam and Lindsay threw a pillow from the couch at Mike. Hannah and Lindsay both looked at Katie, obvious that something was up.
"What?" Katie asked, acting confused. She wiped the extra tear stains away from her face.
"Dude, isn't that that girl from the party last week?" Mike whispered to Tyler, nodding his head towards Katie.
"Oh my God, yeah," Tyler said, just realizing it.
Katie got off the ground and sat on the couch, clutching her stomach. Mike started flirting with Lindsay and all Katie felt was betrayal. Before the guys came, they were completely on her side and against the guys... Well, at least they made it seem that way. And now they're all over the guys, leaving Tyler to talk to Katie.
"Hey, you're Katie right? From the party last week?" Before she knew it, Tyler was next to her on the couch.
"My name's Katie, but I wasn't at a party last week...?" Katie lied, scooting over a little bit.
"Are you sure? You look really familiar," Tyler responded, smirking and scooting closer to her.
Katie inched to the end of the couch. "I'm pretty sure there's a lot of girls with brown hair named Katie," Katie stated, getting annoyed faster then usual. Must be part of the pregnancy, Katie thought.
"Well... Who could forget an amazing night with you?" Tyler smiled an irresistible smile, and spoke in a hushed voice.
"What the hell are you talking about?!" Katie tried to act all confused and weirded out. Before Tyler could respond, Lindsay and Mike came into the room.
"Katie! You have to let the boys stay!" Lindsay said giggling. Mike probably kissed her or she's high on weed, Katie thought. She's usually the more serious one in the group... Unless she's kissed or high.
"No! Everyone get out!" Katie yelled, pushing herself off the couch.
"Come on, Kay!" Lindsay practically screamed. Kay? What the hell?!, Katie thought.
"No! Out!" Katie pointed a skinny finger towards the stairs.
"Come on, let us stay," Tyler made a pouty face at Katie. Katie just glared at him.
"You know what? Fine. Do whatever the hell you want!" Katie walked to the steps. "It's not my house or anything...?!" Katie stomped up the steps. She was so annoyed at everyone and everything! She didn't even know where Liam and Hannah were! Probably gone! Katie didn't care. She just wanted to punch the wall. The funny thing was... She was always so calm; not usually this pissed at everything. Stupid pregnancy.., she thought, hating herself even more.
