15 ━ drafts reveal (the bridgerton edition)

note: i did a more "general" drafts reveal in the chapter before this, but i think it was during the recent wattpad glitch where people didn't get notifications. if you're interested (or don't care about bridgerton) feel free to check that out!

let's cut straight to the chase: i have a ton of bridgerton fic ideas, and most of them are prequels to or spin-offs from turning page in some shape or form. writing for bridgerton is way more fun than i could ever have anticipated! not sure exactly why. maybe it's the focus on relationships and the guarantee of a happily ever after, or my adoration of period dramas with a bit of a fun twist because it's bridgerton? who knows...

if you don't watch bridgerton or just aren't interested regardless, feel free to ignore this chapter if you want 😅 it's just me yapping about my fics once again.

and if you are a reader of turning page, i don't think any of these draft ideas are "spoilery" — for now, just don't consider them canon and forget them while you are reading turning page. because these are just ideas for the time being, and might not happen anyway!

^^ can we talk about how the photo of yerin in dune: prophecy could look like sophie in a regency nightgown/chemise?! i thought it actually was for a second when i first saw it.

so depending on where i'm at when season 4 drops, i am veryyy tempted to write a spin-off about sophie baek. from what i've read and heard, she sounds like an ANGEL who i'll protect at all costs! and while i would like to watch benophie's season with peace of mind (hence why season 4 won't be included in turning page), some kind of spin-off featuring sophie's story did appeal to me. and maybe there could be a couple of cameos from benifred after they get their happy ending.

that is literally all i'm saying. no scraps about the OC who would fall for sophie. maybe this means i have nothing planned, or maybe it means i have more ideas than you think 👀👀 who knows?

but i'd also like to re-iterate that i'm not making any promises. there is really no telling where i'll be at (with regards to wattpad) when season 4 drops 🤷‍♀️ anyway, watch this space. of all these drafted ideas, i feel like this one is the most likely to be published.
