It had been five months since Jin Ying became Jin Ying. Today the Jin sect was holding a discussion conference and so the whole of Golden Carp Tower was hassling and bustling, with servants swarming from here to there cleaning and setting up everything for the guests.
Madam Jin was in charge of the event, Guangshan knew he could entrust her with this, moreover, the woman hated staying still, and he couldn't say no to her.
Jin Ying had really adapted as a Jin now. Around two months after his arrival, his twin older brothers Jin Han and Jin Hao tried intoducing him to their dogs, and it utterly terrified him, but he didn't know why? The dogs were cute, so he never really understood why he'd be scared of them.
So, eventually his brothers managed to get him to play with those furry animals. And today the three boys sat in their mother's pavilion per usual, playing with their dogs - yes, Jin Ying got one aswell.
From where they sat they could see all the movement going on in the main building, the twin's had been to discussion conferences before, so they were explaining how they worked to the younger boy. They weren't worried about etiquette, for their a'ying was a quick learner, and reached their level quickly and presented as a proper young master in just this few months of learning.
They both realised Jin Ying didn't realise he was adopted, more like didn't remember. So the two agreed to never speak of it. A'su who would've agreed as well, but the girl was convinced Jin Ying was her real ge, perhaps more than the twins they worried, she seemed to cling to him whenever awake - which she currently wasn't, being asleep inside their mother's bed chambers surveillanced by Méiyīng.
Eventually the same aid called the three boy's to dress, scolding them in her own quiet manner - giving them disapproving looks - as she noticed all the dog fur and grass that had gathered in their pale yellow robes.
The underaged disciples of the Jin sect wore pale yellow robes, adorned by a brown belt with a rhombus shape on the latch at the front with their sect motif - a white peony, sparks amidst snow.
After getting them dressed, and (with much struggle) waking up Jin Su, she led the kid's to the main hall of the Carp tower, Jinyue* hall.
There the squad hastened to the front doors with the lead of their mother's aid, the doors were built a couple feet too big for any human being making the hall all the more glamorous.
Jin Su was holding on tightly to Jin Ying's hand with her own left, her right hand lifted to her mouth, where she sucked on her index finger after her brother's and Meiying gave up on telling her not to.
The two stood behind the older woman, the older twin's behind the cute duo.
At the door, the four stood in front of their parents, still joking and chatting, the older boys teasing their younger sister and laughing. Méiyīng stood behind madam Jin, quiet as ever.
Eventually a horn sounded, and the kids stilled with a stern look from Madam Jin.
The first clan to arrive was the Yunmeng Jiang sect, Yunmeng was the closest to Langling, with an ocean separating the two, so it was of no wonder.
The Jiang couple, Jiang FengHuang and Yu ZiYuan led the way, behind them, their eldest daughter, Jiang Yanli, and holding her hand, the four-year-old sect hier, Jiang Cheng.
The Jin's greeted the family, Ziyuan gave a bewildered look to her friend, in her mind a single thought the rumours were true?!
The Jiang federation was led inside the Jinyue hall by some servents, and the Qinghe Nie Sect was the next to arrive, the sect leader and the sect Madam leading the line again.
