Reminder - "I can't!" Yelled the Doctor who was hunched over the controls. "The dates are going a-wall and there is nothing I can do. Let's hope we end up somewhere nice! Geronimo!" -
Chapter 9
"Sir, are we crashing!"Yelled Jack Harkness over the hullabaloo of smashing and cracking that happened every time the Tardis crashed.
"Yes and there isn't anything I can do about it."
Replied the Doctor who appeared to be skipping around the Tardis. Fires had arose around the edges of the Tardis filling the air with smoke and strong smelling ash.
"Hey magic kid, do something"
Hermione shot Jack a well practised death stare. She stalked over to where a fire had started and said "Accio Extinguisher" causing a red, foam extinguisher to come flying out of somewhere. Hermione pulled the pin out to use the tool, shook it hard then sprayed it all over the fire leaving nothing but ash and deflating foam.
"Satisfied Harkness"
Spat Hermione looking at the man in his long coat.
"Yes errr.... Hermione?"
"Children, Children! Break it up. I we are due to land, crash, in about two minutes, brace yourselves. Geronimo!"All three of them scurried to the nearest railing and clenched on tight, although soon pulling them off in pain.
"Sir! The metal is too hot due to all of the fires. We are now free falling more than ever! Hermione?"
"Yes Jack, I will save the day, again."Hermione plucked her wand out of her pocket and held to the longest railing. She balanced it atop the bar and muttered a charm to cool it down.
"Agumenti"
A strong jet of fresh water squirted along the railing followed by puffs of steam. She turned around to face the two by-standers beckoning for them to cling on to the rail. Right on queue the Tardis banged into something that merely felt ether real. The surface appeared to swallow them before spitting them out again. With new speed they plummeted down to meet the ground with new ferocity.
In the Tardis Hermione was quietly whimpering whilst Jack just looked blankly ahead. The Doctor straightened his red bow tie and laughed. They all groaned when they hit the rocky ground with a jolt causing a crack to run up the Tardis wall.
One by one they all stood up, walked across the fiery ground and gathered at the door. The Doctor dusted off his fez that was thrown into the fire during the crash. His lip curled as he scraped of the ash. He clicked his fingers to open the Tardis door that was sagging on its hinges and cracked along the base. After everyone was out the Tardis locked itself.
"Well, it looks as though we are stuck here for a while because the Tardis is repairing itself meaning we are locked out for a while. Bummer!"
"Sir where are we. This place smells crisp and we are in some forest, well forest in the making."
The trio was surrounded by saplings, thousands of saplings and in the distance was a hill with a scaffold set up around some huge stone blocks.
"Where are we Sir?"
"I think I know."
Mumbled Hermione in a small voice.
"We are at Hogwarts, currently in the Forbidden Forest to be. This is not good."
-- Now the story should be a lot more connected and smoother in terms of writing. If you think that it is passable as a story, please vote (I do not know what that involves, but just so I can see if anyone actually likes it). If you have a helpful suggestion, please comment😄 Please enjoy.--
