Months of planning flew by, and the day of the wedding had quickly arrived. Josh and Sapph had decided to hold it in the backyard, which had plenty of space for it, and it would be really nice to have it that close to home. Alan, Luna, Beira and Tricia had come to help prepare, along with Tricia's new partner, Emerson, and an old family friend, Freya.

Freya raked the yard (which was made easier with her plant powers), while Trish and Luna set up the arch, Josh supervising its placement, and Sapph, Em and Al set up the pole tent. Beira had gone to fetch the catering and ice. The cake had been chosen, a DJ would be on their way, the menu had been made, the gifts had been picked (Josh and Sapph had decided to give gifts to the guests rather than ask for any) everything was almost ready. But Joshua was a bit nervous. Luna noticed, and her expression softened.

"You feeling alright Josh?" she asked.

Joshua sighed. "I'm just a little nervous...especially for the speech."

Luna softly laughed. "Tell me about it," she said. "I was nervous when your dad and I did this; give me the mic and the speech was a mess!"

She let out a few more giggles, which made Josh grin awkwardly. It didn't exactly reassure him. Tricia put a hand on his shoulder and smiled.

"You really excelled in public speaking when you took it in college," she reminded him, "and as far as a whole speech goes, why not just keep it small and simple? That's always been a little easier for your autism, right?"

"Yeah," Joshua agreed. "Worked well enough for the impromptu speeches in that class too."

He let out a chuckle, Tricia grinned.

"See? And if all else fails, just speak from your heart. You got this!"

She gently patted his shoulder, and then they all went back to preparing for the wedding. The tent had been all set up, as had the arch and the chairs outside. Now all that was left to do was inside the tent, so that's where everyone went. They all set up the tables, chairs, DJ setup, dance floor, and the flowers. Freya had arrived a little late, and when she did, she noticed the flowers and winced slightly.

"Yeah, I know, it's a mess," Josh said, reading her expression.

"And it's taking forever," Tricia breathed.

Freya softly smiled. "Let me make things a little easier."

She lifted her hand, which sparkled with green, glittery particles. All around the tent, similar particles rose around the poles, and around the table bouquets. The flowers everywhere grew and placed themselves rapidly as Freya gently moved her hands along. Then the flowers stopped moving and growing, the green sparkles disappearing. Everyone looked to Freya, who blushed slightly upon that, smiling embarrassedly. Joshua and Sapphire grinned, taking each other's hands.

"Thanks Freya," Josh said.

Freya smiled, then they all heard soft grunts from outside the tent, and through its flaps stepped Beira, carrying several plastic bags, and a cooler, his glasses slightly askew.

"Catering's here!" he said with a smile.

Everyone smiled, and let out a few chuckles, then Josh walked toward the entrance of the tent.

"Bring 'em to the kitchen," he told Beira.

"You got it," Beira said back.

But on the way out, his foot slipped on the added floor, and the bags and cooler went flying as he fell! Everyone gasped, and Sapphire teleported left and right to grab the bags before they hit the ground, Josh having grabbed one or two and the cooler. Sapph had successfully saved the rest, and Freya caught Beira's arm before he hit the ground.
