The excitement of their discovery had only grown over the past few weeks. Y/n and Mattheo spent countless hours in the hidden room, deciphering clues and uncovering artifacts. The more they found, the more they realized how intertwined their own histories were with the secrets of Hogwarts.

One afternoon, they gathered their friends in the Slytherin common room to share what they had found. Pansy, Theo, Blaise, Draco, and Enzo sat in a semi-circle, listening intently as  Y/n and Mattheo explained their findings.

"So, you're telling us there's this secret room with all these ancient artifacts and clues about Hogwarts' past?" Enzo asked, his eyes wide with amazement.

"Pretty much," Mattheo replied, leaning back with a smirk. "It's like a treasure hunt, but with way more history."

Theo raised an eyebrow.

"And you two have been sneaking off to this room without telling us?"

"We wanted to make sure it was safe first,"  Y/n explained. "But now we could use some help. There are too many clues to solve on our own."

Pansy leaned forward, her eyes sparkling with curiosity.

"Count me in. This sounds like the adventure of a lifetime."

Draco crossed his arms, looking between his sister and Mattheo.

"Alright, but if anything goes wrong, I'm blaming you, Riddle."

Mattheo grinned.

"I wouldn't expect anything less, Malfoy."

Together, they returned to the hidden room. The group's dynamic was filled with playful banter and friendly competition as they worked to uncover more secrets.

"Alright, here's another riddle," Theo said, reading from a parchment they had found. "'I can be cracked, made, told, and played. What am I?'"

"Sounds like a joke," Blaise said with a shrug.

Y/n nodded.

"Exactly. It is 'Joke'."

As she spoke the word, another hidden compartment in the wall opened, revealing a small, intricately carved box. Inside, they found a collection of old letters and photographs, detailing the lives of Hogwarts students from centuries past.

"Look at this," Pansy said, holding up a photograph of a group of students in Slytherin robes. "These must be some of the first students here."

Mattheo's eyes narrowed as he examined the letters.

"There's something familiar about these names. I think our families knew each other way back then."

Draco leaned over to read one of the letters.

"This one mentions a hidden artifact called the 'Scepter of Truth.' It's supposed to reveal any lie told in its presence."

Blaise whistled.

"Imagine having that during exams."

They all laughed, the tension easing as they continued to explore the room. But as they delved deeper into the past, they also began to uncover secrets about their own families.

One evening, while examining a particularly old and fragile scroll, Y/n discovered something that shook her to the core.

"Guys, listen to this," she said, her voice trembling slightly. "This scroll talks about a pact made between the Riddle and Malfoy families. It's like... an alliance of some sort."
