Three Years Later
It was no secret that it had cost a fortune. It was extremely extravagant. And everything was going perfectly. The bridesmaids were beautiful, and the groomsmen looked handsome. And everyone was completely awed by Tyrell and Tiana's two year old daughter, Jasmine Talia Lawrence, as the flower girl.
Although all those things were beautiful, everyone was waiting on the bride.
The music began playing, and the doors suddenly opened. Everyone turned around and stood to their feet to watch Gia walk down the aisle in her gorgeous white gown.
Gia and her father had finally fixed their issues, and there he was, about to walk his baby girl down the aisle.
Gia was trying to hold her tears in as she walked towards her soon to be husband.
Once Gia had finally made it all the way down the aisle, she handed her flowers over to Lauren and grabbed the and of her future husband.
"Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to witness and celebrate the unity of this man and this woman. Is there anyone who thinks that these two should not be joined in holy matrimony, please speak now or forever hold your peace."
There was one person who thought that they should not get married. He was sitting in the second row. He wasn't even invited. He was deeply in love with Gia. He couldn't let her marry him, but he didn't want to ruin her happiness. But he wouldn't be able to live with himself if he had let the woman he loved marry someone else.
He slowly stood to his feet, and everyone gasped. Gia turned around, and was shocked. It was the first time she had seen him in person in years.
"Baby, you can't marry him. You were meant for me, not him." He said. "I love you, Gia, and I'm not letting you marry him.
Gia looked between Jordan and Trey.
After Gia and Trey broke up three years ago, she eventually became Jordan's girlfriend. Of course, Trey kept trying to get back with her, but couldn't get back with him. Now, at Gia and Jordan's wedding, Trey had come back confessing his love.
Seeing Trey for the first time in years ignited an old flame in Gia. She thought she had gotten over him when she fell in love with Jordan, but she was wrong.
"Gia, tell him that you don't want him." Jordan said to Gia.
Gia wanted to tell Trey to leave, but then she could be missing out on the love of her life. Gia also wanted to explain to Jordan that she wanted to be with Trey, but she could still be missing out on the love of her life.
Trey, Jordan, and everyone else was waiting to see who Gia was going to choose. But Gia loved the both of them, and she just couldn't do it.
A tear escaped Gia's eyes as she turned to Jordan. "I'm so sorry, Jordan." She whispered.
Jordan was beginning to get furious. The love of his life was about to leave him on their day.
Gia walked over to Trey. "I'm sorry, Trey."
Before anyone could do or say anything, Gia grabbed the train of her dress, so she wouldn't fall, and ran out of the church, leaving everyone speechless.
