The Uchiha residence in the Hidden Mist village was grand enough to shock the person Sakura used to be a year ago. Nowadays, she had seen enough mansions and manors thanks to the Uchiha, so her reaction was much more timid.

The slightly smaller stone residence looked much more modern than the Konoha mansion. It was located in the middle of the woods outside the city, and was surrounded by cold mist due to the several waterfalls in the vicinity. It was only two stories but covered much more ground than the place back in Konoha.

Sakura waited for everyone to get out of the car before following behind. The air was tense due to Itachi's presence. Shisui was happy to have his cousin back, which shocked Sakura. From her experience, Shisui was the hardest one to win over and she expected him to hold the biggest grudge against Itachi.

In reality, Shisui was just ecstatic to have his best friend back. He observed in real time how Itachi's perception of reality collapsed after catching his 'colleague' in a decade-old twisted lie. Surely Itachi had been through enough and needed a friend more than anything. Shisui was happy to provide that for him.

Sasuke, on the other hand, held enough contempt for both of them. However, he had a lot more on his plate to sort through first. For one, he had to get Sakura fully settled in before unleashing his wrath with the bastard who hurt her. Then he had to have a talk with his father about the future of the clan. Finally, he would address the whole Itachi situation.

Sasuke looked over at Sui and signaled at him to keep Sakura busy. Sui got the message and turned to get her attention.

"Hey hottie, why don't we go get you situated? I never got to give you a tour back at Konoha!"

Sakura looked at Sasuke, who nodded in approval. She turned back to Sui, grinning. He grabbed her head and headed inside.

"We have so much to catch up on, you have no idea!" Sui guided her down the minimalist hallways as Sakura observed every corner.

"But first things first, there are two floors and many balconies. Most rooms are used as a front to hide various, um, products. This house is our main storage for our weapons, ammo, um, other stuff..."

Sakura almost asked him to elaborate, but decided to mind her business and let him continue.

"Okay, so yeah most of these rooms look empty but hide a ton of shit in hidden compartments. You don't have to bother with that. We have huge kitchen/dining rooms on both floors, and every bedroom comes with a private bathroom. You're on the second floor, so you probably won't run into Fugaku that much. Come follow me!"

They walked up the stairs and Sui took her to a well-decorated bedroom,

"You'll be staying here, unless you sneak out to Sasuke's room, of course, which is down the hall. Shisui and I are on the first floor in case of an ambush. Come, we'll come back to your room later. I gotta show you the kitchen and the balcony..."
