My head felt groggy as I sat up, I was in a bed. I could faintly hear the humming of a ship's engines. So I was on a ship.

"So, you're awake." I heard a voice say, she sounded like Mia...but her aura still didn't fit.

"N-Nadia...?" I stated, my mind still groggy. It was only the two of us in the room, and the fuzziness from my mind seemed to dissipate more and more with each second that passed.

She looked at me, "kind of." She stated.

"H-how...?" I asked her. There was no way she could be lying considering that Mia doesn't even know who Nadia is. That and the way she fought, Mia could've never done that.

"Not even doubting it...?" Mia...no...Nadia stated. "Very well...this is another ability we have, one you can only obtain after death and with much practice. To say the least, Ashlyn hasn't technically been dead long and as such she can not do it. Then again, none of her descendants meet the qualifications."

"Qualifications?" I asked her, not knowing what she was saying.

"You can only take over a descendant that is force-sensitive and has your likeness," Nadia stated. "And you must either get their permission, consciously or subconsciously. And least to say, Mia doesn't even know about me doing this so she doesn't know that she has permitted me."

"What's to keep you from staying, possessing her to do whatever you want?" I asked Nadia, not quite liking the new ability she seems to have.

"The force itself doesn't permit us to stay much longer than what we need to and as such as you have questions about it, I'm still needed but the moment your questions cease...so shall I," Nadia stated, not ominously at all....

"How can you use the dark side and keep a calm head...?" I asked her, remembering her barrier's color was a deep red, and if I have this right, red means fuelled by the dark side, blue means fuelled by the light side, and white means it is fuelled by both.

"Although, indeed, Mia is not a true Grey Jedi, I still am," Nadia stated. "Only two can be alive at the same time but still, I'm not technically alive. Look like Nadia, I do, but this body is Mia. Our abilities are tied not to our bodies but to our souls themselves but unlike my body, this one does not have any kind of resistance to the dark side but Mia would have to channel it for her to corrupt her. She didn't channel it, I did."

"Why can't Ashyln us this ability...?" I asked, remembering that Nadia did give the requirements for the ability to be used.

"Because she doesn't know how to," Nadia stated. "That, and you don't look like her...but you're also a Grey Jedi. This ability was designed to help future Grey Jedi come into their powers. As such, you can not possess the body of a Grey Jedi, this would defeat the point."

"Wait...." I started. "Backtrack...I'm one of Ashyln's descendants?"

"It's the way she was able to get into contact with you through the force with you not having known about her," Nadia stated, almost using a tone that was annoyed that I didn't already know that. "What exactly did that girl teach you...?"

An idea popped into my mind. "You were a sith, weren't you...?" I asked her. "Do you know what would be affecting my padawan, Lily-la...?"

"The other Grey Jedi...?" Nadia asked me. "Yes, I've seen her. If not treated, she'll die soon."

"How can I help her?" I asked Nadia, she would know, wouldn't she...? She has to know just what is affecting Lily-la.

"The ability used on her is called Force Drain, it's a dark side ability," Nadia stated as much. "A powerful one, so powerful that even other Sith in my time frowned on the use of such an ability. It drains the target's energy and gives it to you. It's an underhanded tactic. Once started, even the caster can not stop it, the only way to stop it is to kill the one who placed it upon her. It is a curse. It is a slow and painful death."
