"Yeah." Eren agreed. "Your guys' hometown is just getting farther away. We need to hold our ground."

"That's right, Reiner!" Bertholt exclaimed, throwing his arms out. "Our hometown. We can go back! We can do it right now, can't we? Compared to what we've already been through, it'll be just one more push!"

"Yeah..." Reiner's eyes widened as he thought about Bertholt's words. "We're only one push away!"

"What's gotten into you two?" Eren questioned.

"Got a sec, guys?"

Hanji's voice interrupted the conversation. Sakura shared a small smile with Bertholt and Reiner before she turned to walk over to Hanji, sharing a quick look with Armin and Eren.

"Let's put the Ymir thing on hold for now." Hanji continued. "Connie, I'm arranging for an investigation unit to head to your village later. For now, I need you to focus on our repair operations. Okay?"

"Yes, ma'am!"

"You know, I thought there'd be more Titans here by the time we arrived." Hanji commented.

"Hannes..." Mikasa trailed off, seeing three horses galloping on the ground, along the wall.

"It's the Garrison's advance unit!" Hanji told the group. "They must be here to tell us where the hole is!"

Silently, the group waited as Hannes got off his horse and climbed the wall.

"There's no hole." Hannes informed.

Sakura's eyes narrowed at the information from the man.

"We kept our eyes peeled, and there wasn't anything between Trost District and Krolva District." Hannes finished as Eren helped him up. 

"What?" Hanji's mouth opened in surprise. 

"Then we ran into the Krolva District soldiers and turned back." Hannes explained. "Fortunately, we didn't run into any Titans." 

"But there were definitely Titans on the inside." Sasha spoke up. 

"Were you really looking?" Eren questioned. "Are you drunk or something?" 

"How could I be?" Hannes responded. "Actually, wait, what are you lot doing here?" 

The wind picked up at his question, and Armin, Eren, and Mikasa looked away from his eyes, not answering the question. 

Hanji turned to face Abel and Keiji. "If there's no hole in the wall, there's nothing we can do. Stand by in Trost District for the time being!" 

The soldiers on the wall followed Hanji's command. 

Sasha and Sakura stood side by side, watching as Hannes jumped off the wall, soaring off. 

"There's nothing?" Eren repeated. 

"What could this mean?" Armin questioned himself. "How could this happen now when it hasn't in five years?" 

"What is going on in this world?" Sasha asked as they started walking. 

"Who knows?" Sakura shrugged before hearing Reiner's voice, making her walk more slowly so she could hear his conversation.

"Eren." Reiner called. "Got a minute? There's something I wanna tell you." 

"What is it?" Eren turned around. 

"Five years ago, we destroyed the wall and attacked humanity." Reiner started. 

"What if this is the work of, like, a mole Titan?" Hanji guessed. "That'd be a problem."

"Yes, it'd be difficult to determine its location." Moblit agreed.
