You suddenly woke to the sound of voices, 'ugh my head hurts' you thought to yourself. You swung your feet over to the side of the bed and jumped to your feet but your legs buckled beneath you and you went tumbling forwards, you quickly regained your balance and walked over to your wardrobe. You opened your wardrobe, with the same bored look you always have when opening it.

Your wardrobe was full of navy blue blazers, red, beigh and blue checkered sweater vest, white, collared button up shirts, ties, navy blue skirts and your light blue pajamas with a small umbrella logo embroidered on. You and your siblings always wore your academy uniforms since you guys owned no other clothes.

You got dressed into a clean uniform and headed out of your room to the kitchen following the voices. When you made it to the kitchen you were met with one teenager who you recognised as five and six adults, they seemed to be in their early thirties. They were all sat around the table, until their eyes drifted to you. "Y/n! Your awake!" Yelled a man wearing a weird black outfit while holding knives. You took a step back,

"Who are you guys?" You exclaimed, not recognising them.

"Who are we? We're your siblings" a big, hairy man looked at you with disbelief.

"No my siblings are all thirteen, Not grown men and women" you replied. Gesturing to Five when you said thirteen, Five sighed and rolled his eyes at the adults like they were clearly not understanding something.

"Y/n has been asleep for a whole 17 years, you idiots, when Allison put her into a coma we were all thirteen. But for some strange reason y/n's body hasn't aged what so ever, so of course she doesn't recognise any of you guys." Five explained to them like they were a bunch of pre-schoolers, and you just chuckled until your grin faded away realising what Five had said.

"17 years?" You questioned.

Five just nodded and stood up and walked over to the closest of the adults, who was wearing a black jacket with no shirt and a black skirt, "this is klaus" he said as he started introducing you to all of your adult siblings, Five continued walking behind them all. Naming them one by one, "Vanya" Five stood behind a small girl with black hair who was wearing an over sized button up shirt. "That's Allison" Five walked over to the next girl who was wearing a bright blue shirt and black pants.

"That big man is Luther" Five said pointing to the tall, big man. "And last but not least, your favourite" he paused walking over to the man wearing the weird black outfit who also had knives.

"Diego..." You finished for him, Five nodded and walked back over to you, Five placed one of his hands on your forehead then grabbed your wrist checking your pulse. You glared at him as he lifted one of your arms up.

"What are you doing?" You questioned him, he didn't reply and just looked at you.

Five walked back to the other side of the table where there was a cutting bored, he grabbed out two slices of bread, a jar of peanut butter and a bag of marshmallows, he smeared the peanut butter on the bread and put some marshmallows on-top, then smooshed the two pieces of bread together to make a monstrosity of a sandwich.

"That's disgusting" you tell five while scrunching your nose in disgust, but Five just laughed.

"Now what's the date, the exact date" five began.

"The 24th" Vanya quickly replied.

"Of what?" Five said sternly.

"March" Vanya replied again.

"Good" is all Five said.

"So, are we gonna talk about what just happened?" Luther said and you looked around confused, waiting for someone else to talk. "It's been 17 years" Luther continued when no one answered him. Five scoffed

"It's been alot longer than that" he said in annoyance while looking at Luther.

"Where'd you go?" Diego said while signalling with his hand for you to sit next to him, you obeyed and sat next to him.

"The future, it's shit by the way" Five answered.

"Called it" Klaus yelled raising his hand.

"I should have listened to the old man, you know, jumping through space is one thing" Five paused glaring at Klaus "jumping through time is a toss of the dice." Five eyed Klaus up and down "nice dress" five complimented Klaus sarcastically.

"Oh, well, danke" Klaus responded, you just assumed he said thank you.

"Wait, how did you get back?" Vanya questioned five, and everyone including you leaned forward. Everyone was clearly confused.

"In the end, I had to project my consciousness forward into a suspended quantum state version of myself that exists across every possible instance of time." Five explained, you nodded trying to pretend that you knew what he was talking about, Five noticed you nodding and smiled at you.

Everyone still looked dumbfounded, "that makes no sense" deigo said and everyone else nodded agreeing with Diego.

"Well, it would if you were smart like
y/n" Five told Deigo and you smiled awkwardly because you hadn't understood what Five had said either but five didn't know that.

"How long were you there?" Luther says changing the subject.

"Forty-five years. Give or take" Five replied and your eyes widened at him, just like every else's did. Everyone sat back down.

"So what are you saying? That you're fifty-eight?" Luther asks clearly in disbelief.

"Luther I thought you were smarter that this. Thirteen plus forty-five is fifty-eight, what is there to be confused about?" You say then chuckle, the others also laughed including five. Luther just glared at you.

"Well, no my consciousness is fifty-eight. Apparently, my body is now thirteen again."

"Wait, how does that even work?" Vanya said still in confusion.

"Delores kept saying the equations were off" five paused and shrugged, taking a bite of his peanut butter and marshmallow sandwich.

"Bet she's laughing now" he said through a mouthful of food.

"Delores?" Vanya said and you wondered who Delores was. Five didn't answer and picked up the newspaper beside him.

"Guess I missed the funeral" Five said, "how'd you know about that?" Luther questioned five, while you rolled your eyes.

"What part of the future do you not understand?" You and five said in unison, you and five looked to each other then back at Luther.

"Heart failure, huh?" Five said.

"Yeah" deigo said as Luther cut him off "no." Five scoffed as Luther said no.

"Nice to see nothing's changed." Five begins walking out of the room.

"Uh, that's it? That's all you have to say?" Allison asked clearly fed up.

"What else is there to say? The circle of life." Five responded walking out of the room.

"Well... That was interesting" Luther said.
