enjoy!

That weekend, we finally had the class reunion that had been shifted around a few times. It wasn't a huge event, but most of our high school class had found the time to come.

Taylor wasn't super excited about it since she hadn't had heaps of friends, but she'd promised that she'd go as long as I went with her. It meant a lot she wanted to come with me, so on Saturday evening we dropped Abby with Andrea and drove together to school, where the reunion was being held in the gym.

"They're so going to judge me." Taylor complained as I helped her out of the car, cradling her five-month bump.

"Why do you think that princess?" I bumped a kiss against her cheek, closing the car door and locking it.

"Because this is a reunion not that long after high school and here I am knocked up for the second time."

"Oh, sound happier about it why don't you?" I laughed, knowing she didn't really mean it. She was just stressed out and hormonal.

"God I'm sorry." Taylor groaned. "You're right, I am happy. I have a beautiful baby girl, two more on the way, and the most incredible fiancé ever. I am happy." Lifting up on her toes, Taylor gave me a long, slow kiss that made my heart flutter. "I love you." She whispered.

"I love you too my princess." I kissed her lips lightly one more time. "Now let's go okay?"

Taylor nodded happily, weaving her fingers through mine as we walked over to the gym. It was full of people from our high school class, some of them with partners they'd brought along, all dressed up in semi-formal wear and holding drinks. A few people greeted me warmly and I smiled, shaking a few hands as I reunited with friends I hadn't seen in a long time. Taylor hung onto my hand timidly, not saying a word, but I made sure she wasn't excluded.

It wasn't the worst thing in the world, but it wasn't how I would have preferred to spend my Saturday night. I knew Taylor's ex – Lucas – was here somewhere, and I wanted to make sure she didn't have to deal with him. She seemed happy holding onto my hand, smiling and nodding and chatting nervously with whoever I was talking to. We didn't go too deep into talking, but we did talk about our relationship a lot since everyone was really surprised that we were together. But they loved the story, congratulating us on our engagement and the babies.

"So what do you do Travis?" Casey - one of the cheerleaders that had been on the team when I'd played football – asked.

"At the moment I coach the football team here." I told her. "But I just got an offer to join the NFL in Kansas City."

"Oh that's impressive, so are you guys moving there?"

"We're still talking about it, but probably." Taylor smiled as she looked at me, and I smiled back. "Hey, I have to go to the bathroom; the babies won't stop using my bladder as a boxing bag. I'll find you soon okay?"

"Okay princess, I'll be here." I squeezed her hand, and Taylor smiled as she walked off.

I chatted to Casey for a while before we went off separate ways, and I ended up talking with a few of the guys I'd played football with. After about five minutes, my phone buzzed in my pocket and I excused myself to check it. I'd put it on silent except for Taylor's messages, so it had to be her texting me. Sure enough, it was.

Princess: Can you meet me in the bathroom? I'm in the disabled stall

Me: Sure, everything okay?

Princess: Just meet me
