Chapter 5

<<A HIDDEN PLACE>>

A week has passed and the married couple in the same university has successfully avoided each other prior to Rose doing.

She avoided Hawk and memorized his schedule thoroughly, so they won't ever cross paths nor meet each other in their academy which Rose was thankful for.

Rose's 'hidden place' which was the garden was more peaceful than ever.

Hawk life found its peace as he went back to his life but deep down he knows that his life was no longer normal since he is now 'a married man'.

His parents kept on pestering him with calls, especially her mother, during his lunch break which he was very surprised about. His mother kept on asking him about things like 'How's you and your wife?' 'Are you treating her well?' 'Did she already eat?' 'Is she there with you?'

He still doesn't know what his wife looks like and his friends especially Esquire are dead set in knowing what she looks like, they even made a bet on what she looks like, since Hawk forgot where he put the picture of his wife that is given by her mother.

Well aside from that and those things, his life was back to normal.

In other words, both the married couples life has found its normalcy in the academy in such a short time and such peacefulness attracts huge trouble.

After classes, Rose went to her comfort place in all of the academy places which is the garden.

When Rose was heading there, she noticed that someone was trailing behind her, she checked the one that was following her using her peripheral vision.

That someone is the guy whom she bumped into in her first day of school which she still didn't know of his name.

She quickened her steps to lose the guy that was trailing her but she saw that guy was still following her
*That guy is so persistent!*

She went to a crowd of people which she detested the most, blend in and when they're going to turn to a new corridor she saw a nearby tree and went behind it as casually as possible.

When she noticed the guy followed the crowd, she quietly went to the garden with her own cooked lunch.

The guy that was following her noticed the crowd dispersed in the cafeteria but saw that the girl following is nowhere to be seen *I lost her!*

At the rooftop, Hawk and his friends have a peaceful life and ever since the news of Ambrosia's arrival, they never mentioned her name ever again.

Esquire who discovered something amusing is now watching the students walk past each other particularly a certain student as he smirked at himself *That is totally Hawk's type!*

Travis saw what his doing and became curious as to why their youngest is smiling to himself like a fool who went head over heels to a certain student.

"Little Four, why are you smiling like that?" Travis approached him with a hint of curiosity in his voice.

"I saw Hawk's type." Esquire hushed replied as he feared Hawk himself would hear. At that statement, Travis arced his eyebrow curious of the girl.

"Look over there." He pointed the girl in question. Travis looked at the girl Esquire was pointing his fingers at and saw a girl, not just any girl but a beautiful girl.

"Well, what do you know?! That's his type, alright." He touched his chin as he examined the girl more.

Shawn who noticed the weird behavior of the two after they came back from watching students  from afar, looked amused. They both are giggling and whispering to each other like girls who are in love.

After they ate, Shawn watched the students to see who is the particular student that made his friends like that. He scanned the whole area and finally found someone that would make them giggle and smile like that. The girl is exactly Hawk's type and a small smile forms to his lips.

Hawk who doesn't really mind What his friends are up to became curious as he saw them. He cleared his throat to gain his friend's attention.

It worked since they stopped what they were doing and looked at him for what his about to say. "Why are you all smiling like a fool?"

They paused for a few seconds and
Travis answered for them "Nothing." Hawk who didn't believe in what he said raised his eyebrows in suspicion.

Before Hawk could interrogate the three of them further, Shawn stood up as he casually went to the door. He didn't say anything as he walked but raised his left hand slightly and double tap his watch.

The three immediately understood and followed Shawn who walked out of the door. Hawk temporarily cleared his suspicion on his three friends as he followed them out of their hangout place.

After school, Rose hastily scrambled out of her classroom as she went to the back gate of the school where only the top students are allowed to enter including the teachers. Since Rose is considered as a top student, she had the privilege to use the back gate which she is very grateful for.

*It's been a week since I came here, I need to find a part-time job so I can afford everything by myself without depending on grandma, my two mom, my two dad, and that brat.* Rose sighed at herself as she slowed down her pace.

When Rose looked up, she saw Hawk and his friends also entering the back gate coming from another building.

Rose couldn't help but release an inaudible curse to herself *How come they're here? They always come out of the academy theory minutes later?!*

Rose paused for a second before she turned into a panicked mode *This is bad, what if he recognized me? What will I do? Ahhh this is nuts!*

She turned around bracing herself to face them since there is only a single gate at the back and beyond that single gate is the main back gate where the top students and teachers car are parked there.

*Act normal, walk normally, don't get caught. Deep breath. Inhale. Exhale.* With that in her mind, she walked normally.
