Chapter 2

<<MEETING THE IN-LAWS>>

In a beautiful garden that is adorned with breathtaking expensive flowers. A woman with mid-length jet-black hair and turquoise eyes is having a relaxing tea when a maid rushes to her side and said "Mistress Ellisa, your awaited guest has arrived".

Upon hearing this news, Ellisa smiled gently as joyous glimmer dance through her pristine turquoise eyes, she then spoke to her maid with enthusiasm in her voice "Please inform my husband to come home immediately and tell grandpa they have arrived, I'll go greet them and tell that son of mine she has arrived!"

Upon saying that, a young masculine voice said "No need mom, I hear you loud and clear. I won't meet them especially her I have to go to school, tell them my greeting mom, bye!"

The young adult in question has a fair white skin that glistens in the sunlight, has striking blue hair that became even more prominent in the light and he has a deep-turquosie eyes that held mystery and a dangerous glint.

Hawk kissed her mother's cheek goodbye and head to their backdoor straight to their parking lot to get his car.

Ellisa then sighed helplessly and said to the maid beside her "That son of mine is so disrespectful, let's go greet Grandma Cella and Rose upon their arrival!".

"Grandma Cella, Welcome" Ellisa greeted with a gentle smile on her face, Grandma Cella, an elegant old woman with long-blonde hair with purple eyes, smiled kindly at Ellisa then nodded approvingly at her.

Grandma Cella looked around and didn't find her grandson in-law and then a look of displeasure appeared on her face and said to Ellisa disappointingly "It seems that my grandson in-law doesn't see me as an elder, He doesn't even spare a glance at my beloved granddaughter." Her pale white skin contorted from displeasure to rage as he think of the ungrateful brat who indirectly turned down her granddaughter.

The granddaughter in question walked out of the car to stop her grandmother's outburst, her snowy white skin shining beautifully in the dawning light of the sun, her long blonde hair flowed gently on her back and her crystal blue eyes glowed as the light slightly hit her eyes. Truly a jaw dropping and mind blowing beauty.

Rose elegantly and gently walked out of the car and looked at her grandmother helplessly and said something interrupting her grandmother's rage, "Grandma, Aunt Ellisa is being pressured by you, please control your anger!".

She smiled kindly then looked at her soon to be mom, Ellisa was shocked to see an elegant yet simple lady get out of the car. She gently walked towards Rose as though afraid she was just an illusionary fairy, after she confirmed that it was indeed her daughter-in-law she held her hand and hugged her, she said "My little Warm, is that you?".

Rose returned the hug to Ellisa and said "Aunt, don't worry little Warm is back!", She smiled kindly while hugging her.

Master Arnold, who has blue hair similar to his son Hawk, and piercing cold grey eyes, looked at her daughter-in-law and wife as he entered the scene, he then coughed lightly interrupting them both before they chatted it out.

Rose was the first to react and greeted him with a hug "Uncle Arnold, you're here, Have you seen Grandpa?!"

Ellisa smiled at the interaction of the two and said "Little Warm call me Mom and call Arnold Dad, we are now a family!"

They walked through the living room as they chatted merrily. At Ellisa's statement, they all have fond smiles on their faces.

Rose blushed when she heard the things her mom said then she said "Dad . . . What do you want to talk about?". Arnold smiled happily then said "You'll be living in the same roof with our son during your college years, this is the key to your house, Hawk has the other one!".

Rose was confused and shocked at what his Dad said, it takes a few minutes to register and to sink in the words her dad said to her.

She smiled at her dad and said "Well ok then dad, since I transferred at your sons-".

She didn't finish as her Mom Ellisa interrupted her and said "My little warm call him your husband, since you accept us as your parents, ok Warm."

Her now father Arnold also nodded his head so as her grandmother who just smiled at her, feeling embarrassed, she coughed and corrected her statement "Since I transferred at my husbands university, I better get going before I'm late for class."

She stands up then, and she first goes to their house.

Hawk who actually went to their house and not their university is currently outside Rose's door as he started talking then he put files in her doorstep as he said "I'll put down the contract and divorce paper in your doorsteps."

Hearing no response Hawk continued on what his saying "I know, you know why my grandfather married you to me for the reason that your said land is in our hands. I'm sure that after three years the land will be transferred to you and that ends our relationship."

Hawk was annoyed because his wife didn't respond that he forgot what he has to say, but then he realized then fake a coughed and said "Also, keep in mind that when we're in the university you should pretend that you don't know me and ignore me when you see me, are we clear?"

Rose said "Alright! This is also what I want too, no need to worry about mister.".

Hawk then said "Then it's good that we're clear!" He went out and headed towards the Royal Academy.

Rose walked out of her room and picked up the files below her door and said to herself "I really hope that he doesn't eat his words and keeps his promise to me".
