The game is only best of five, no deuce will happen on the preliminary matches but rather on the last third matches will it take action.
So it's safe to say that the matches will be fast paced and will easily end in a matter of minutes.
After 5 minutes of waiting the game started. The first pair who's playing is Giselle and Audrey. And they high fived each other upon hearing their names being called.
The other pairs sat down at the nearby benches to watch the game. Audrey, being the first to serve, deliver a strong spike serve, but not strong for a no-touch-ace, still the serve made the first receiver off balance.
With that first play, students cheers echoed thoughout the whole gymnasium.
Everlie shouted "That's my baby girl, Audrey alright!"
Raquel followed "Damn right! Go get them girls! Woohoo!"
Some of the students said "Go Giselle show them who you are!"
"Go GisRey!"
"That sounds so stupidly cringe! Change that to something else!"
"GoAudrElle!"
While the others simply whistled and clapped their hands indicating their admiration to the play.
Couglan looked at them and he couldn't help but be impressed. *They both have a good strategic stance... Although, Giselle mostly sets the ball to Audrey. Is it some sort of strategy?*
As Rose watched their game she thought *Not bad. It seems they're not just all talk.* As she watched how Giselle served, she noticed something strange.
After a few minutes or so... The game ended with Giselle and Audrey as the winner.
The game continues and as Rose and Couglan watch the game, she's formulating a strategy.
Before their game Rose looked at Couglan and whispered "Couglan, I got a plan."
Couglan upon hearing his partner's voice, he looked at her and a confused look painted on his face "Yah? What is it?"
After saying her strategy, the match before theirs ended...
Their up against Raquel and Everlie.
The game starts with Rose being the server. She start it off with a floater which was easily receive by the opponents.
The spectators watched the exchange and notice how good Couglan is when spiking and they also notice how good Rose is when it comes to setting. Though Everlie and Raquel are good but they seem to be struggling. Slowly but surely their getting tired.
No matter how much powerful their spikes are, Couglan is always there to receive it and no matter how sloppy Couglan's receive are Rose always managed to set it beautifully.
The students cheers echoed once more.
"Never expected for Rose to be so good at setting the ball."
"For real, go Rose and Couglan!"
"RoLan!"
"I remembered Sofia the first father's name in that... Was that supposed to be a nickname?"
"So, is CougSe a good option then?"
"Well... Whatever! Just shout their respective name."
Meanwhile, Giselle look at Rose as she plays and thought *She's good... Not just good the way she controls the ball is amazing.*
