P/S: A deep conversation with our ginger and his ability because why not?

It's up to the readers to find some clues. 😉

3rd POV

Mixtures of anger, surprise and panic were painted on the pallid face of the sick patient.

The young man heaved a sigh and gazed blankly at the ceiling before looking at his guardian once again.

"Did it not ever cross your mind that I do?"

The statement made the ginger face-palmed. "Of course not, you id*ot." He muttered under his breathe.

"Well, then now you know." The young lord stated nonchalantly.

Chuuya bared his teeth. "Explain. It. To. Me."

The lad clicked his tongue in annoyance. "It will take me sometime to discuss everything. Are you sure you're up for it?" He exasperated stated and glanced wearily at his vessel.

The former executive was taken aback and frowned.

Right. Not that he was not aware of his deteriorating health.  But being stubborn as he is, there's no way he could back out, knowing the opportunity presented itself to him.

"I--I can handle it. I'm...I'm just--I'm just...going to listen."

"You're stammering, Chuuya." Ren pointed out with a scowl.

"Stop paying attention to every petty details and go on with your explanation!"

"You're really troublesome!" The lad bolted and shook his head.

The former mafioso just crossed his arms over his chest and narrowed his eyes at the young man.

Whatever the consequences can be dealt later on.

The God of Destruction took a deep breathe before going on with his (unintended) speech.

"Look. I've resided in your body since you've come into existence seventeen years ago. You're created to contain the embodiment of darkness and chaos. As much as it will displease you, your life is link and connected to mine since the very beginning...so it's a given that I know everything about you. Be it your thoughts, your actions. All of it."

"Whoah! Hold it right there!" The small ginger waved his hands frantically. " Hmm...how should I say this?" He bashfully faced away. "Nghnn...first of all, I--I will never be displeased with you...and--and I want to set the record straight...I--I accept you wholeheartedly, Ren."

Albeit not seeing the raw and honest reaction of his acting guardian, the young god knew it right away. The sincerity can be felt, with him doing nothing.

But doesn't his vessel care about his privacy being invaded by an unwarranted outsider? How come that he's totally fine with it? Isn't that a rapid change?

"Aren't you being easy? You're not understanding the grave situation you're in, Chuuya."

The ex-mafioso made a perplexed look. "What do you mean by that?"

Yup. He doesn't think ahead. The Death God might as well say it in a simple manner.

"I hold your life, Chuuya. You're bound to me."

The brief and short statement made the hat lover touched his temple and groaned. "You're not making it easier for me, kiddo. Mind speaking in English?"

"Listen. The reason your condition is getting worse is because I suddenly came to existence. I was supposed to reside 'within' you. Without me being there sustaining your body, your life force will eventually run out."
