"Don’t push your luck, Cale," Alberu replied, though a reluctant smile tugged at his lips as they boarded the ship together.

As they boarded the ship, Ron and Eruhaben kept engaging in a seemingly enthusiastic conversation with young mistress Amiru. They bombarded her with questions about the whirlpools, the island, and anything remotely related to their voyage. Neither of them was genuinely interested, but they had to keep up appearances to avoid arousing suspicion. They knew better than to let the others handle it, aware that any slip-up could jeopardize their plans.
Meanwhile, Cale, Alberu, Cage, Choi Han, Lock, Rosalyn, and Raon were sitting on one side of the ship. Toonka, or as he insisted on calling himself, Bob, was staring intently at the back of Cale's head. Cale, already in a foul mood, could feel the intensity of Toonka's gaze and was on the verge of snapping.
Cale, who was really not in the mood for any nuisances, was about to beat the living daylights out of Toonka. He stood up and took a step toward him, but Alberu, quick to intervene, bribed him with a golden plaque.
"Hyung, please. I will only hit him once," Cale said, struggling to break free from Choi Han's firm grip on his hands. Choi Han had grabbed him on Alberu's orders, determined not to let Cale ruin their carefully laid plans.
"No, Cale. I know you, and you are a phoenix. One hit from you would be enough to knock him out, if not kill him," Alberu said, firmly denying his request.
"Oh, man," Cale mumbled. He then turned his attention to Choi Han. "And you, how the heck are you able to hold me? Aren't I the phoenix here? Do you train every day?" Cale asked, his eyes widening as he noticed the impressive muscles bulging under Choi Han's shirt. Choi Han had shed his usual cloak for an outfit more suited to a traveler, revealing his toned physique.
"I do, Cale-nim. I think you should do it t—" Choi Han began, but Cale interrupted him mid-sentence.
"No, thanks. I'm fine on my own," Cale said dismissively.
'Hmph, as if. That would only ruin my slacker life,' Cale thought, nodding to himself internally.
While this was unfolding, Cage, Lock, Raon, and Rosalyn were enjoying the view of the sea. Cage and Lock were joking around and bickering playfully, while Rosalyn was enthusiastically answering Raon's endless stream of curious questions. The scene was a mix of chaos and camaraderie, with Alberu at the center, trying to maintain his calm amidst the storm of personalities around him.

After about five minutes, Lady Amiru announced that they had reached their destination. The group of so-called 'travelers' disembarked and began their exploration of the island.
"Show us where you found the corpse," instructed Eruhaben, his tone firm and authoritative.
"Choi Han hyung found it. He found three of them. Cale-nim's assumptions were right," Lock informed the group, looking both amused and slightly proud.
"Well then, lead the way," said Alberu, gesturing for Choi Han to take the lead.
Choi Han guided them to the shore, where a cluster of stones marked the spot.
"There were three corpses leaning there on the stones," Choi Han pointed out.
"Well, it seems like Paseton took them back down to the water," Cale shared his thoughts, tapping his chin thoughtfully.
