"On land, some villages have been destroyed, and tribe members have been killed. Our goal now is to inform all reachable land rulers about the organization and seek a temporary alliance," Eruhaben finished, receiving nods from the sea creatures and a weary sigh from Cale.

"How the hell did I end up here?" Cale mumbled to himself, staring boredly at the ceiling.

The four days leading up to Cale's meeting with the king had passed swiftly. During this time, Cale found himself 'stuck' in the underwater palace, preoccupied with his new responsibilities as an emperor.

He had received numerous notices from various oceanic tribes, following his orders to report any sudden changes. Some of these notices turned out to be misunderstandings, others were faked by unknown individuals simply wanting an audience with their new emperor, and some came from overly cautious tribes mistaking a fishing boat for something suspicious.

To say Cale was furious would be an understatement; he was seething with anger. However, one particular notice revealed something important: the White Star had a secret base on one of the islands near the shore of the Ubar territory. Upon learning this, Cale knew he had a golden opportunity to annoy the White Star. The mere thought of it brought him immense satisfaction. In his delight, he generously rewarded the informants with numerous magic stones, which were highly valued both on land and in the sea.

The four elders had tried desperately to stop him from handing out such valuable items, but Cale brushed off their concerns, deeming the magic stones useless. He had found the magic stones in a room within the palace, along with vast amounts of money, treasure, and gold. The elders explained that these were left behind by his father, the former emperor, and Cale couldn't help but silently thank his late father.

Now, preparations for their meeting with the king were underway. The king had planned a grand parade to welcome them, but Cale found the idea bothersome and insisted on teleporting directly to the palace. In the end, the elders managed to persuade him to at least teleport to the palace's balcony, allowing the citizens a glimpse of the new emperor. Convincing Cale wasn't easy; they had to spend a significant amount of money to sway his decision.

( Cale is just.........expensive 😏💸💅 )

They were all dressed by Hera, who insisted they look 'expensive' for the occasion. Accompanying Cale would be the four elders, along with six others- Paseton, Whitra, Amos, Archie, George, Aries. Eruhaben had already returned to the others at the inn, ready to hide around the town and palace, prepared for any sudden attack by the White Star.

Two days earlier, Alberu had contacted Cale using a communication device. Alberu had two pieces of news: first, he had managed to arrange for all the leaders attending the party to be present at the meeting, allowing Cale to speak with them earlier. Second, the birthday event had been transformed into a ball, as a gesture of respect due to the attendance of numerous leaders, emperors, and remarkable beings like Cale.

In return for this information, Cale provided Alberu with a warning. He advised caution around Adin, the imperial prince of the Mogoru Empire, revealing that the World Tree had warned him of Adin's involvement in the jungle fire. Cale also suspected that the recent disappearance of some tribe members in the ocean might be linked to Adin.
