"Why did I know you'd be in here?" Naomi scoffed as she looked at her ginger bestie. The girl was surrounded by mountains of clothes.
"Ah Naomi, you're finally here. Lemme borrow your purse." The navigator reached for the iconic spacial bag. The siren just looked at her amused as she handed it over.
If it wasn't obvious, they were in a clothing store. But not just any clothing store. They were in Pappagas store! The talking starfish that everyone ignored.
And seemed to still be ignoring as he rambled in the background.........
"Nami, have you seen the others?" Usopp asked his he poked around the pile of clothes the girl had picked out. He tossed out items he didn't like. The girls, for whatever reason, trusted his judgment so they let him carry on.
The ginger blanked for a second.
"Esme should be around her somewhere. She went to track down everyone from what I remember. Or something like that." She thought back to the orange cephalopod that seemed to be excited for whatever reason. At that time, Nami was too distracted with the free clothes she wasn't really listening.
The siren just nodded. She was already aware of what the octopus was doing.
"Camie by any chance is there a temple nearby?" The dark skin girl asked. Her friends looked at her confused but Camie was excited.
"Yes there is! I can take you there right now my lady!" She said excitedly as she wrapped her soft pink tail around Naomi's pearl white one.
"What are we going to a temple for?" Luffy asked confused. Granted he would follow her no matter where she went. Naomi smiled excitedly as she grabbed his face.
"You can meet my father! He doesn't have any leisure time to come back down here so you can talk to him through the temple priest/priestess." She explained to the male. The only reason she didn't just call him is because he has old man brain. He never seems to understand how the phone works.
Luffy felt a pang of nervousness. Obviously he's been around Shanks before; the man that raised her. But this was different. Poseidon was not only a god but an important figure in her life that didn't know him before hand.
Whatever happened, he couldn't fight a god. Could he?
"Is Nasir going to be there?" Nami asked as nonchalantly as she could. The sirens lips curled into a smile. She looked like a Cheshire Cat. Her eyes holding up a certain look that the ginger tried to ignore.
"I meannnnnnnnn he could be? Why do you ask sis?" Naomi teased the girl. Her term of endearment having a double entendre. Nami blushed as she bit her lip.
"Intywayz, let's go! We can also enjoy this beautiful sunny day~" The girl cheered in excitement as she grabbed onto her man that was sweating bullets. She placed a pair of bubble framed shades on her eyes.
