The sports festival was upon them within two weeks. It was quite fast if you asked Amelia Tano, but not fast enough. Stuck still changing bandages and stuck in quirk canceling cuffs (think bracelets), she was so ready for the sports festival to be over. Don't get her wrong it felt nice to be babied but she was so ready to get back to normal!
Over the course of two weeks she made a lot of discoveries, she's very cared for obviously, Aizawa's and her's students are little gremlins with issues, an their class is hated by the other classes, though it might be because of the small moment of fame as their battle at USJ was filmed by a helicopter. That made her uncomfortable to realize her and Aizawa's struggle was filmed but was reassured by Haijima and Kayama that they weren't shown due to graphic nature, which wasn't exactly relieving to her but she guesses it's better than nothing.
She does remember a few days ago, as she was still in the classroom gather up material to prepare the room for the next teacher coming in there, students of all different courses filed outside of the room. Aizawa having left a few minutes early, actually entrusting her to end the class as he got called by Nezu to discuss some plans for the Sports Festival.
*FLASHBACK*
Class 1A tried to exit their classroom, only to find a bunch of students gathering around outside, seeming a tad nervous or irritated.
"What the heck?"
"Why are all these people here?"
Stated some of her students.
Bakugo known for his temper and bad insults growls out, "Move it extras your blocking our exit."
That seemed to make the whole situation worse.
"Bakugo, you can't call people extras!!" Yells Iida as he arms chops
"Man none of the classes are gonna like us now.." whines Mina
As other students started yelling about what class their in and that 1A needed to get off their high horses. A kid Amelia recognized stepped forward, a tired boy with purple hair and purple eyes to match, "survive one villain attack and you think your hot stuff, I hope not everyone in the hero course is this massive of an asshole," the boy states gruffly, an all eyes are him.
"Why you-" bakugo is cut off
"You know, I wanted to be in the hero course, but I was forced to pick a different track, but that's life." The boy pauses as he shifts his hands from his pockets, "Did you know, the sports festival allows students in general studies to move to the hero course if we perform well, and like wise, that means moving people out of the hero course." The purple haired boy rubs the back of his neck a tad bored as he locks eyes with each of Class A students, "so better bring your A game, cause this is my declaration of war."
Amelia blinks rapidly as of course Bakugo goes on blabbing away, "hah as if a nobody like you'd make it in, your all gonna be nice stepping stones for-ack!" He coughs as Amelia grabs his ear, "t-teach what the hell!?"
The other students see the short woman and are confused, 'a mummy??'
"I apologize for my students' behavior, I hope you don't hold one student of mine accountable for all students in this class. While it's so nice to see friendly competition, I have to say, to try cornering a class of students who went through a very traumatic ordeal I don't exactly approve of. " Tano states crossing her arms as she takes a stand after stopping the slight hold of Bakugo's ear, "I do know of the process of pulling students from other courses to the hero course and switching hero students out if they don't perform well, it just means they'll have to make sure they do. Keep the trash talk for the big day, I do wish for the best for you all, because I do believe everyone of you has at least some chance to be a hero. Use this moment to shine."
