Todoroki's POV

I opened my eyes, and felt the wind blow over me. Infront of me was a door, the size of a normal house door. There was blood leaking from underneath, so I got curious and slightly opened it and peeked inside. I immediately clapped my hand over my mouth, and I could feel my eyes tearing up from the sight that I was seeing. There, on the floor, laid my sister, with multiple stab wounds all over her, bleeding to death. And right next to her was Deku, holding a bloody knife and looking at her dead body with an evil grin. Then he turned to look at me with that same look on his face, which sent chills down my spine.

"This is what happens when you don't come in time, Shoto Todoroki!" He said and then started laughing like a villian who had gone crazy. I turned to run to the exit, but my legs felt heavy and I didn't even take a step when I felt someone's hand grip hard on my wrist. Deku seemed to have catched up to me, and I couldn't escape from this madness. His sudden grip on me made me stumble as he yanked me hard, making me fall to the floor hard. He then pinned me there, holding the knife close to my neck.

"My, what a lovely body you have here! I wonder what would happen if I just stabbed you until you can't scream anymore and I can cut you up into pieces!" He stared at my feared eyes as he continued to cackle like a madman. I couldn't do anything but just lie there, wondering what went wrong with this boy, and how I could've saved my sister if I just came a little bit earlier.

Out of nowhere, he raised the knife to attempt to stab me. I didn't have the strength to move, so I just laid there, accepting my fate, when...

..I woke up

I quickly rose up from the bed, covered in sweat. My heart was beating hard in my chest, like I'd actually witnessed it in real life. Fortunately, it was a horrible nightmare, which left me shook for a minute. Once I snapped out of it, I turned to see Katsuki sleeping peacefully. Seems like he didn't hear me.  I breathed a sigh of relief and I got out of the bed, and put on a hoodie and some sweatpants. I opened the window, hopped out, and closed it from behind. It started as a walk, but then it slowly turned into a jog, and then a full on sprint. I have to save my sister before it's too late! I huffed and puffed as I could see my old home approaching me closer and closer. I ran up to the front porch and opened the door, expecting the worse. But instead of a dead body, it was a live person tied up in a chair, with only one light shining on top of her.

And that person was my sister.

I took a step forward, but then regretted it immediately as I saw Deku approach from behind, a gun in his hand. He then placed it facing my sister's head, daring me not to take another step forward. He opened his mouth as if to say something, but he shut it and I used that opportunity to step in.

"Deku, why are you doing this to me? I only spoke what I felt deep inside and you're willingly to go this far? For what reason?" I shouted furiously but also sounded very hurt. I never knew that my ex-friend would take some measurements for whatever reasons he had.

"Oh, I ain't hurt. I just want you to realize that your actions can sometimes have consequences." He stared at me blankly as I tried to process what the hell he just meant. The gun moved from my sister's head, and he slowly untied my sister from the chair and removed the tape from her mouth. Out of fear, she immediately sat up and took slow steps to reach me. I was about to accept her in my arms, when I saw Deku grinning from behind. I immediately knew what he was trying to do, and I tried to warn her, but it was too late...

*BANG*

The bullet went past my sister's chest, and she fell over, clutching into her now bleeding chest. I just stood there, looking at her dead body. A stinging pain grew from my chest, which got so bad that I had to hold onto it with my bare hand. And after all that, Deku just stood there, accepting what he just did, and slowly walked out out of the house, closing the door behind him. I couldn't handle all of that blood and shit, so I stood up and twisted the doorknob, but it refused to open. After trying and trying, I realized that he purposely locked it, trapping up in here. I was so worried about being trapped here, that I didn't even hear the ticking that was getting louder by the second behind me. Without turning, I immediately knew that it was a bomb, another trap for me so I could probably die with her. I had so much to live for, and that fueled me to try kicking the door open. The door was old, but it was sturdy, and given in my current state, it was going to get difficult. Realizing that I didn't do much damage to it, I grabbed the chair, and used it to help me finally kick the door wide open. I yeeted the chair out of the way, and escaped just in time, before it detonated right before my eyes. I know it was a house that I feared of, but that had my sister and her memories inside of it, and I couldn't even come to save her on time.

My heart felt really heavy thinking about her. I can't believe I forgot all about her. There was nothing that I could do, so I just turned and left with a heavy chest, leaving my only hope behind.

~Few minutes later~

I've been walking in the streets for a while. It started to rain, but I had no energy to put on my hoodie, so I was just slowly walking in the rain, completely bugged by what just happened. Out of nowhere, I saw a figure standing away from a distance, facing me. I couldn't really tell, since the raindrops were in the way, but then the figure took a few steps forward, and that's when I realized it was...Katsuki?

His eyes lit up when he saw that I was standing right in front of him, and immediately ran to hug me.  I slowly processed what was going on and hugged him back.

"Shoto, where were you? I was so scared when I woke up and you weren't by my side....I seriously thought someone kidnapped you." He hugged me tighter, making it hard to breathe. I literally had to kick him in the leg for him to realize and loosen the hug on me.

"I'm fine, it's just....just.." I couldn't forms the words that I wanted to say, and I could feel the pain in my chest slowly start to hurt again. I held on my chest, and he just stared at me, wondering what I was trying to tell him.

"Just...what?" I took a deep breath to ease myself down.

"I just witnessed my only family member die infront of my eyes."

His eyes widened in surprise, then narrowed as he probably realized that's someone caused it.

"Who did it?" He asked calmly. I could tell that if I told him, he won't be able to take it.

"D-Deku.." I mumbled, looking down. I looked up again and saw that his eyebrows burrowed. Out of nowhere, he grabbed my hand, and started walking the other way around. "Katsuki, w-where are you taking me?"

"To the police station, obviously. Gotta report that bitch."

"With what evidence?"

He stopped walking and turned to face me.

"I don't know...you know what, let's just go to sleep. I'm tired and I'm fucking wet." He grumbled as he started to walk by his house, still holding on tightly to my wrist.

~Time skip to when they arrive home~

Katsuki kicked the door open, ran up the stairs, and entered his bedroom, shutting the door behind him. Obviously I knew that he needed some time to process things so I just let him be, so I walked up to my room, hopped into the shower, and fell asleep, wondering what's he going to do now.
