KY'S POV

"I can jump higher than you." I insisted to Dalton. We were on the trampoline in the back yard.

"Oh really?" he said doing a somersault.

"Woah dolphin boy. I thought Dana was the only one who could do that."

"Well you thought wrong. " We spent the next thirty minutes jumping.

"Daltfin, I'm tired." I whined. He picked me up bridal style then laid me down gently on the hammock that he had in between two trees. Then he got in beside me.

"Ky. Why did you say yes to me when I asked you out?" Dalton asked running his hands through my silky hair.

"I thought you were cool, funny, and all those other little things." I answered feeling satisfied with my answer.

Wr continued to lay in silence as thr hammock swayed back and forth. I nuzzled deeper into Dalton feeling his warm body against mine. (don't take that pervertadly) and slowly I started to drift to sleep. Faintly I heard Dalton say, "I love your little things too." Then kiss me on my forehead.
