ANNIE'S POV
I was standing in line waiting to get a box of popcorn to share with Cole, when some girl and her boyfriend pushed me out the way.
"Um excuse me!" I snapped. I was secretly hoping this wouldn't go bad, I hate drama.
"What?" The girl asked turning around.
"You kinda, sorta... DID get in front of me. I think I would like you to move."
"As if." The girl said pushing me back.
"Hey. Can you stop your girl." Cole says talking to the guy that was with her.
"Can you shut up." He replies.
Cole throws a punch but the guy catches his fist. He picks his popcorn up just as Cole knocks it out his hands.
"Oops. I think you need to go to the back if the line." I say pouring their drinks. As they were just about to fight us, a security guard came and got them. The security guard looked at me and winked. It was really Perez.
After that little disagreement, Cole and I had our popcorn and drinks. While we walked into theater twelve together, he whispered in my ear.
"Like my backup?"
