GRACIE WAS SWEATING, enough to fill a pool. today was her first jimmy fallon interview, ever.
to say she was scared was an understatement, she was horrified.
having to sing in front of 500 people was nerve wracking enough and now she had to actually talk in front of a crowd??? god kept testing her social anxiety.
sure enough walker was comforting her backstage. by comfort he was hugging her until her breathing and heart rate was at a steady pace.
"goodluck baby." he says before she walked onto the stage.
"put your hands together for gracie leblanc everybody!" jimmy announces as the crowd goes wild.
gracie gives a sweet smile waving as she takes a seat down to the infamous late night show's couch.
jimmy smiles, "gracie! hi! pleasure to have you on the show!" he warmly welcomes her.
gracie smiles back, before replying, "its so great to be here!"
"so, first things first, you collaborated with THE gracie abrams on her new album, the secret of us!" he claps bringing out the vinyl track that had both of their faces plastered on the cover.
the crowd went wild.
"yes, i did! it was such a fun experience because i had been covering her music for like- two years prior and the opportunity came at such a great time." she responded.
"what songs did you write?" he questions.
gracie loved and hated answering this question.
"um so i wrote blowing smoke and let it happen completely. and i helped with i love you im sorry, free now and felt good about you."
jimmy gasped, "so basically the most heart wrenching tracks on the album."
