•• Nina's Pov ••

"Ian!" I yell.

He comes running into Harlow's room.

"What? You okay?" Ian says.

"I swear you aren't going to believe me but Harlow just said dada!" I smile.

"She what!?" He bends down next to us.

"Come on Harlow say it!" I say to her.

She hands me her toy and shakes it up and down.

"Say dada!" Ian says.

"Da...da.." Harlow says and giggles.

"Oh my god she said it!" Ian says with excitement.

"Video it with your phone!" He says.

I pull my phone out and hit record.

"Say dada Harlow!" Ian says.

"Say dada little bunny." I add.

"Dada." Harlow says.

Ian picks her up and tosses her in the air making her giggle.

"Harlows first word!" I say and stop recording.

"That's going on Instagram." Ian says.

"And I thought she was a mamas girl." I say.

"She'll say mama soon." Ian kisses me.

"Candice just pulled up." I say and read the text she just sent me.

He hands me Harlow back and we walk down stairs.

"Hey babe!" I say as I open the door to let Candice in.

"Hi!" Candice hugs me.

"Thank you for watching Harlow while we go look for a Christmas tree and decorations." I say to her.

"No problem! What did the doctor say was wrong with her?" Candice says.

"She has an ear infection in the left ear and a cold." I tell her.

"He gave me her medicine and she's already taking it. But if she gets cranky its her ear. So just wrap her in the baby wrap and walk around for a few minutes and she'll fall asleep." I say and hand her the baby wrap.

"You've seen me wear it right?" I ask her.

"Yeah plenty of times!" She says.

"Okay! Well I'll check in with you later. Thank you again! You are the best." I hug her once more and Ian and I walk out the front door.

"So where is this Christmas tree place?" I ask Ian.

"It's down in Conyers across from the lake." Ian says and pulls into the interstate.

"Did you get the rope to tie it to the roof of the car?" I ask.

"Yes but to tie you to the roof." He smirks.

"Smart ass." I punch his shoulder.

"Where do you want to eat for dinner?" Ian asks.

"I heard that bbq place in the town square is really good. Can we go there?" I say.

"Sure. I've been wanting to try that anyway." He smiles.

"Here we are." Ian says and pulls into a parking lot.

I look at all the trees.

"Look. Paparazzi are here." I point.

"Of course they are." Ian laughs.
