Chapter 24

Kumogakure Allied Shinobi Headquarters: 9am

It was day 4 of the war all of the Kages were sitting around a large table they had all just arrived, it had been a busy couple of days to say the least. They were all waiting on the reports from Naruto and his army the last they had heard was the siege was in progress. For now they were more focused on Madara Uchihas new army tons of human like white creatures were running around harassing the Shinobi forces. It like seemed their numbers didn't end and the intelligence regarding their abilities was still coming in but whenever something new was found about them it was passed along to everyone.

"Anything new regarding Otogakure?" the Tsuchikage asked

"Nothing yet, either Naruto and his men failed or the siege is still happening" the Raikage said

Suddenly one of Naruto's guards opened the door and approached. The 5 Kage looked at him with anticipation waiting to see what would he would say and the news he had brought. When he got to the middle of the netting room he dropped to a knee with his right hand across the left side of his chest in the form of a salute.

"On behalf of his majesty I bring a message from the Emperor of the Western Elemental Empire" the guard said

"Very well what does the message say?" Gaara asked

"Lord Kazekage, I was given specific instructions to pass the message to the Hokage Lady Tsunade" the guard replied

"What? That's non sense we are all allies we should all know what this message says" Mei said

"Lady Mizukage I mean no disrespect but I only obey the commands of my Emperor and this message is to go to Lady Tsunade" the guard replied

"It's fine Mei, show me your message" Tsunade said

The guard got up and walked towards Tsunade and bowed holding out a scroll, when Tsunade took the scroll she looked to the guard and spoke.

"Am I allowed to read it out loud?"

"Yes Lady Hokage, my emperor wanted you too" the guard replied

Opening the scroll she prepared her self and began to read.

"Otogakure.....Kusagakure.....The Land of Waves.....The Land of the Sea.......Kanabi, and Tenchi Bridge.....Are all in Imperial hands" Tsunade said shocked

The other Kage were speechless Naruto's army had pretty much secured the borders surrounding the Land of Fire while they didn't control all of the surrounding territories they still controlled a lot of them. Tsunade looked back to the scroll and continued to read.

"Orochimaru and all hidden sound ninja are dead, civilians have been given refuge I recommend finding a place to give them a home. All of Orochimarus hideouts have been destroyed as well as his labs and I also have three high value prisoners. I will be handing them over to Konoha only for I trust them and know their interrogation department is good at extracting information. Half of my army is marching on Amegakure as that is wear the Akatsuki originated from, while the main force which includes myself is marching to link up with the Shinobi Forces in the Land of Lightning and Land of Hot Water" Tsunade finished reading.

The Kages all looked to each other and were speechless, After some time Mei spoke up.

"Tsundae did we just allow someone to occupy our lands...Is Naruto and his army another enemy we will have to fight?"

"I warned you all about that boy. Allowing his army to come and take territory is the same as invading, no doubt he will turn his attention on all of us" the Tsuchikage said
