Naruto Emperor: The Mandate of Heaven

Chapter 4

Konoha: next day morning time

Birds chirped and the sun was shining brightly a light breeze was in the air it was perfect weather as people were all through the streets. Some were shopping, others walked with their lovers hands intwined, and others were heading into work. Children ran and played while students walked into the academy that had produced so many legends in the Shinobi world. Naruto decided to walk the streets and shop for a bit his royal guard were with him every step of the way. The legend of the Western Emperor is known throughout all lands he had been called many things Chief, Warlord, Khan, but one stuck with him the most and that word was Emperor. People flocked to him, the grace and prestige Naruto carried was intoxicating for the women and intimidating for the men, it's not everyday you see a man walking with 10 armed bodyguards. Suddenly he felt a wave of chakra and he picked up a scent all too familiar and his heart skipped a beat.

"It couldn't be" he said out loud

"Something wrong my lord" a guard said.

"No, take everything we've purchased back to the hotel I need to handle something private" Naruto said

"As you wish, would like some of us to accompany you?" the guard replied.

"No, as I said this is private I will be alright your free to enjoy the day" Naruto said

His guards nodded and they left Naruto then turned and began walking down another street eventually without him noticing his pace began to quicken, which then turned into an all out sprint the chakra lead him here to the academy he stopped in tracks staring at the building. Time froze all at once all his memories came rushing back he glanced to his left and saw a swingset he walked over and stood next to it his hands grabbed the rope and he began pushing it back and forth he smiled "it's been a while my old friend" he thought. He could never forget the days of loneliness he felt all the times he failed the academy being pushed around and always tormented by the villagers he sat down on the seat using his legs he began swaying back and forth a little.

"Can I help you?" A sweet voice said

"Oh no sorry i was just...." He replied

Before he could finish his sentence he looked up and there she was smiling a kind smile bright pearlescent eyes staring deeply into his soul and lavender hair that hung down past her shoulders. Her figure was perfect Naruto wished he hadn't picked up some traits from Jiraya but he is a man after all, he blushed mad and looked away standing up quickly.

"I'm so sorry miss you just caught me off guard" he said nervously hand rubbing behind his head

"No need to apologize I should be the one apologizing it was rude of me to startle you" she said

He was grateful he had is henge up  but this was it, this was the big reason why he came to find any information on this woman so he could have one more moment with her.

"What's your name miss?" he asked

"Hinata Hyuga" she replied.

The name rang in his ears with such melody when she said it, that voice of hers made him melt all together, he was trying his best to keep his composure.

"What about you?" She asked smiling at him.

He was dumbfounded he forgotten his own name he had to think quick, the woman of his dreams was right infront of him and he was not going to let her go again.

"My name is Menma I am the Emperor of the Western Elemental Nations I am here visiting Konoha on Official business" he said

Hinata looked as if she was struck by lighting she froze Naruto chuckled at her she blushed at her embarrassment she bowed instantly apologizing profusely for not recognizing him, he laughed said it was alright and thought "still the same Hinata"
