The Capital: 3 days later morning time

Naruto was reading a letter from Tsunade it was in regards to wedding preparations, once he received the approval letter him and Tsunade began a correspondence on how things for the wedding should go it would be held in the capital ceremony and all, after writing another letter to Tsunade and signing more documents in regards to his empire he got up from his chair and walked out to the the Tiandi barracks he told Wei he would inspect them in 3 days and today was the day as he walked through the streets of his capital citizens bowed before him and greeted him offering all types of things for free he politely declined but accepted an apple from a vendor, it was still quite a walk to the barracks so he took his time and enjoyed the sights and sounds of his city.

The capital: Guild of the Tiandi that same morning

50 new recruits stood in a room with marble floors, the walls were covered in paintings showing the origins and history of the Tiandi. In most of the paintings their beloved emperor stood with them facing down their enemies. In front of them was a shrine to Inari with a golden fox looking at them it was as if the statue was to judge if they were worthy to embark on this journey. There was no roof in this room so the sun was beating down on them but it wasn't too hot today. These new recruits would form the new ranks of Naruto's elite bodyguard unit they couldn't be any older than 18. While most children in the East became Shinobi by 13 the empire tried its absolute hardest to keep the younger kids away from war and conflict. Originally to join the army one must be 17 and to join the guard they were selectively chosen throughout the empire the guards would keep an eye out for someone with superb talent and high potential but with the recruitment pool opened wider it became easier to join and you could join by signing up just like the regular army. More young boys volunteered in droves they sought glory, fame, duty, honor, and a sense of purpose they were standing in formation but were relaxed then a voice was heard.

"ATTENTION!" a guard shouted

The boys snapped to attention before they were brought here they spent a week learning customs and curtesies it was drilled into their heads making them easier to mold when the real training started. A man was seen walking into the room he wore a set of heavy armor a suit was underneath his armor for comfort agility and more protection. His armor was that of lamellar which was a mix of steel and leather plates put together his chest plate had an embossing which was that of the great 9 Tailed Fox with its jaw open as if it was roaring, he walked to the guard and spoke.
