We both screamed when the elevator started shaking and the light started to switch on and off. We both collided with each other and I fell on his arms. I hid my face in his chest and his arms found his way on my waist. I clinge to him more and he tightened his hold around me. Due to an imbalance we both fell on the ground and he fell upon me.
The lift stopped shaking but the lift was still not working and lights were still off. slowly opened my eyes to look around when everything went pin drop silence.
