Many years passed quickly, the farmers had named the toddler Amelia Star as they don't know her birth name. Luckily, no FBI agents, D.O.D, Homeland security nor Superman showed up to the Star family farmhouse that's next to Coast City after they had retrieved the girl from a ship. The girl grew up, she was special. Her parents found out she has powers similar to Superman except that she lacks a few. They did not abuse it but helped her embrace it, telling her that she's a special girl.

The girl soon accepted her powers but she wanted to figure out her heritage, what was she sent here for. When she discovered her super strength was when she accidentally broke the front door of the house at the age of 6. They didn't blame her but instead fixed the door together as a 'punishment' for the girl. She discovered she could fly when she was 8 and discovered her super speed when she was 9. She accidentally ran all the way to Smallville by accident and it took all the coins in her pocket to get back to Coast City. The farmers couple names were Charles Star and Sharon Star. Everyone in a small town near Coast City knows them as a kind and loving couple.

They did work together no matter how small is it. They always used their free time to help the farming center and help to prepare events like Halloween, Christmas and others. When they found Amelia, their whole life changed. She was a special kid, they knew that. Which is why, they will put all their effort to make sure to protect her. Charles even wanted to hide her from the world and be homeschooled instead. But his wife, Sharon, managed to convinced him that Amelia needs a normal childhood too.

Now. Amelia is 13 and she's been using her powers to help her parents to keep the farm running. She also secretly patrols Coast City at night, sometimes even day, to make sure the streets are safe when she is supposed to be sleeping. But her parents already knew but they just keep hoping that she comes home safely. Even though she doesn't have invulnerability for now, she has really dense and thick skin. Simple things like knives, crowbar, buzzsaw and other melee objects can't cut her. But for guns and others, it's a different story. The bullets would be flattened once she's hit but not with a bruise. Those hurt like hell for Amelia but she has a great pain tolerance thanks to the Earth's sun. She also heals fast so the bruise would only be there for a couple of hours.

Amelia woke up to the sun shining on her face through the window near her bed. She groggily opened her eyes before sitting up and getting out of bed in her pajamas to the bathroom to shower and get ready for the day. It was a summer break and she didn't have school but it's different for a farm girl. You have farm chores everyday but Amelia didn't complain because she could finished it without breaking a sweat. After she got ready, she went downstairs to the kitchen where her mother was placing a plate of scrambled eggs and bacon at her seat.

"Morning, mom." Amelia greeted, walking towards the fridge and pulling out a carton of milk to put on a counter. Sharon finished putting the plate at her seat on the dining table before slapping her hand away as Amelia tries to drink the carton of milk from the carton. "How many times do I have to tell you, young lady that drinking from the carton is disgusting?" Sharon reprimanded, grabbing the carton of milk away and pourinf it into 3 glasses of milk and putting the carton back into the fridge. Amelia giggled a bit before sitting at her seat of the dining table and started eating her breakfast. Not long after, Amelia's father, Charles, came back in for breakfast after finishing some of the farm chores.

"Hey there, Amelia. Mind helping me finish the rest of the chores? Me and your mom got a reservation for our anniversary today." Charles said, putting a hand on her shoulder before removing it and sitting down on a seat of the dining table. "Of course, dad. When are you and mom leaving?" Amelia asked with her mouth full of food. "After breakfast. Driving to Metropolis is really far. Plus, your mom has been working pretty hard and so have I. We're leaving the farm to you for the day." Charles responded with a chuckle, from the sight of Amelia's mouth full of food.

After they had finished breakfast, Charles and Sharon went to dress formally before leaving the farm to Metropolis for their anniversary date, leaving Amelia in charge of the farm. Amelia, now in charge of the farm, decided to do the chores very late since she had super speed. Before she could even sit down to watch some TV, a knock was on the door. She was confused because no one had ever knock on the door besides the small town cop, Ethan. But Ethan rarely knocks so she cautiously got up and went to the door. When she opened the door, she was dumbfounded. 'Holy shit!' She thought to herself, it was Batman. Standing at her door, looking tall and menacing.

"B-B-Batman.. what can I do for you?" Amelia stammered. Not only was she shocked. She was ecstatic. It was The Batman. Before she could rambled her thoughts, "Hello, Amelia. I am here to invite you to the Hall of Justice today. Where all 4 sidekicks will be there at 4pm exactly. Where it is the first step in you becoming full fleged League members." Batman said in his usual tone that's seen on TV. "I followed your crime fighting at night in Coast City. You have a great potential. It's up to you if you want to show or not." He added before turning away and getting into the Batmobile on the dirt driveway and driving off.

She just met Batman!
