After Serena napped, she asked Jaden to take her to Aster's fathers place which he did without asking why. When they had gotten to the estate Serena knocked on the door hoping that the elder male was home. It didn't take long for the raven haired male to open the door, he frowned seeing Serena.

"So...you're awake. And my son?"

Serena teared up and shook her head. "H...He's gone, H...He was dubbed dead two days ago sir...I...I'm so sorry that this happened." She said sadly

"Come in and tell me what happened Serena. Then we'll figure out what to do from there."

"O...Okay sir."

Jaden placed a hand on her shoulder. "I'll be by my bike until you are ready to leave alright?"

"Okay thanks jay." She said with a weak smile

She went into the estate and the two of them sat down across from one another before Serena hugged herself as she looked down depressed. "When...When we had left you in the hospital, it had began to heavily snow. I had gotten rather worried about it since I've had a lot of PTSD when being in cars while it snowed as heavy as it had. I had been in two different accidents with my mother crashing into a side rail once then at a difference instant where she had slid and drove right into a ditch which gave me back problems for a while. Aster knew about those problems and assured me that he wasn't as reckless as my mother. He told me that he'd be as safe as he could. After he said that a car had been going rather fast as it was sliding on black eyes, the car went straight into Aster's car. I ended up getting glass from the wind shield in my eyes. I don't know what happened with your son. I wasn't given that information, all I was told that two days ago that aster was dubbed dead in the afternoon and was already taken out of the hospital." Serena said sadly

"What happened wasn't your fault Serena. I believe the best thing for you and I to do is to find out from the police what had happened that day and what was investigated. Then go from there." He said somberly

She nodded her head. "Okay, I...I can work with that."

The elder male got up and went to where she was before he hugged her. Serena broke down against the elder male, heart broken about what had happened to Aster. The elder male comforted her as he felt the same about his son. Once Serena had finished crying she wiped her eyes and she got up. "I...I need to let Jaden know that I'll be going with you just to figure out what happened that night."

"Do what you need then meet at the red mustang outside."

"Sure thing sir." She said with a nod of her head

She sniffled a bit as she went outside and she went to Jaden who went from looking at his phone to up at her. "Hey Rena, ready to go yet?"

"Aster's father wants to take me to the police station to figure out if they found out anything about the asshole who killed Aster."

"Oh, that's good. Alright so I'll see you at the apartment then?"

She nodded her head. "Mhm, that you will. I'll ask him to drop me off there and I'll message you when I am inside of the complex."

"Sounds like a plan." Jaden said before he hugged her tightly. "Everything will be okay in the end. Don't you worry about a thing Serena."

Serena shut her eyes and hugged him back. "Thanks Jay...It means a lot hearing that from you."

Serena then went to the car that Aster's father had mentioned only to see that he was leaning up against it waiting for her. When she got closer Asters father had opened the passenger side door for her and let her in before he went to the drivers side. He drove them in silence the entire way there. Once they got to the police station the two of them went in and Serena spoke up after the police officer asked what they could help them with.

"My name is Serena, I was involved in a car collision that had happened a month or so ago around seven in the evening. I wanted to know if there was anything that was done with the driver that had slid on black ice into the car that I was in." Serena asked hopefully

"Ah-yes. I was actually on duty that night. Where you the driver or passenger?"

"Passenger...the driver died two days ago." She said sadly

The police officer stopped typing on the computer in front of them before they looked at her with a perplexed look. "I see...I can tell you off hand the driver of the car that was in the car that collided with the car you were in survived and was placed in the county jail until one or both of you came in to see what had happened with the issue. Seems like the driver was OTI and lost control of their vehicle."

Serena's eyes widened before they darkened. "Is there any way for me to press charges on that person for what they did to my boyfriend? We were on our way back home when that happened."

"Of course, the charges that are on them can defiently change now and they will be placed in the state jail for manslaughter."
