Detective D's eyes narrowed, his mind racing with the implications. "John I need to ask you something. Did Samantha ever mention anything strange to you? Anything that might be connected to her disappearance and death?"
John's tears subsided, and he looked up at Detective D with a mixture of fear and determination. "Yes...she mentioned something. A name...Fredrickson. She said he was dangerous, and she was investigating him."
The room fell silent once more, as the detectives exchanged a weighted glance. "Okay Mr John we shall take our leave and leave you to rest" Detective D said. John nodded, still looking shaken but slightly relieved that the questioning had ended. "Thank you, Detective. I appreciate it."
As the detectives turned to leave, John called out, "Wait, Detective D?"Detective D turned back to him. "Yes, John?" John's eyes locked onto his, filled with a mix of fear and determination. "Find Fredrickson. Stop him. Before he hurts anyone else."Detective D's expression turned grim. "I promise you, John. We will do everything in our power to stop him."
With that, the detectives left the hospital room, leaving John to his thoughts and his recovery. But they knew that this was far from over. The investigation was just beginning, and they had a long and dangerous road ahead of them.
Detective D walked into his house, exhausted and drained from the day's events. But as soon as he opened the door, he was met with a fierce glare from his wife, Fernanda.
"Where have you been?" she demanded, her voice tight with worry and anger. "I've been calling your office all day, and no one knew where you were. I was worried sick!"
Detective D sighed, rubbing his temples. "Fernanda, I'm sorry. I was in the middle of a case. I informed you I would be absent for a few days,I didn't have time to check up on you."
Fernanda crossed her arms, her eyes flashing. "A case? Is that what they're calling it these days? You're always 'in the middle of a case', but you never seem to be in the middle of our marriage!" Detective D took a deep breath, trying to calm the storm. "Fernanda, please understand-"
But she cut him off, her voice rising. "No, you understand! You're always putting your job first, and me or our family second. I'm tired of it, Mr Detective D. I'm tired of being alone, tired of being worried sick, tired of being ignored!"
The detective's eyes dropped, never have she called him that ,knowing she was right. He had been neglecting his family and it was time to make a change. But for now, he just stood there, taking the wrath of his angry wife. She threw him a medical report of her pregnancy, Detective D's eyes widened as he caught the medical report, his heart skipping a beat. "Fernanda, you're...you're pregnant?"
Fernanda's expression was a mix of anger and tears. "Yes, I am. And I've been trying to reach you for a while to tell you, but you've been too busy solving your precious case!" Detective D felt a wave of guilt wash over him, realizing how absent he had been. "Oh, Fernanda, I'm so sorry. I had no idea..."
He opened the report, his eyes scanning the contents, his heart racing with excitement and fear. A baby. They were having a baby. Fernanda's voice broke through his thoughts. "You need to decide what's more important, Detective D. Your job or your family."
The detective looked up, meeting his wife's eyes, knowing she was right. He had a choice to make, and it was time to put his family first.
Detective D's eyes filled with determination and love as he gazed at Fernanda. He knew what he had to do, and he was willing to do whatever it took to keep her and their unborn child safe.
"I promise, Fernanda," he said, his voice filled with conviction. "I will stop these murders and whoever is behind this. And when I do, I'll have all the time in the world to love you and our baby. We'll have a happy life, together, free from danger, please stop calling me Dectective D m your Damon"
He swept her into his arms, holding her close as he kissed her deeply. Fernanda's worries seemed to melt away as she felt his love and determination."I love you," she whispered, her voice barely audible."I love you too," Detective D replied, his voice filled with emotion. "More than anything."
As they hugged, Detective D knew that he had made the right choice. He would stop at nothing to keep his family safe, and he would emerge victorious in the end. The mystery figure, Fredrickson would soon be brought to justice, and Detective D would finally have the peace and happiness he deserved with his beautiful wife and child.
"I cooked you something" Fernanda said Detective D's eyes lit up with excitement as he pulled back from the hug. "Really? What is it? I'm starving!" Fernanda smiled, her eyes sparkling with warmth. "Your favorite, chicken parmesan with pasta."
Detective D's stomach growled in anticipation. "Mmm, my favorite! You're the best, Fernanda."
He followed her to the kitchen, his heart full of love and gratitude for his wife and the life they were building together. For a moment, he forgot about the case and the danger that lurked in the shadows. All that mattered was the love and happiness they shared.
As they sat down to eat, Detective D realized that this was what he was fighting for - a life filled with love, family, and happiness. And he was determined to protect it at all costs.I missed you Fernanda whisper immediately she knew Damon was done eating she batted her eyes seductively hint what she meant. Detective D's eyes locked onto Fernanda's, his gaze burning with desire. He knew exactly what she was hinting at, and his body responded eagerly.
He pushed his plate away, his appetite for food suddenly replaced with a different kind of hunger. "I missed you too, Fernanda," he said, his voice low and husky. He stood up, his eyes never leaving hers, and walked around the table to where she sat. He pulled her into his arms, his lips claiming hers in a passionate kiss.
Fernanda melted into his embrace, her body molding to his as they lost themselves in the kiss. The world around them melted away, leaving only the two of them, lost in their love and desire. As they broke apart for air, Detective D whispered, "I think we've missed each other enough for now. Let's go make up for lost time."
Fernanda's eyes sparkled with excitement as she nodded, and hand in hand, they headed towards their bedroom, ready to rekindle the flame that had been burning bright between them. As they reached the bedroom, their hands eagerly removed the clothes that separated them, their bodies yearning for the warmth of each other's touch. The air was electric with anticipation, their longing for each other palpable.
Detective D's eyes devoured Fernanda's beauty, her curves and contours illuminated by the soft light of the bedroom. Her skin was like silk under his fingertips, her lips inviting him to taste the sweetness within.
Fernanda's hands traced the lines of his chest, her fingers dancing across his skin like a gentle breeze. Her eyes shone with desire, her breath catching in her throat as she beheld the man she loved.
As they stood before each other, naked and unashamed, their hearts beat as one. The world outside receded, leaving only the two of them, lost in the passion and love that had brought them together. Their lips met in a fierce and tender kiss, their bodies entwining like vines on a trellis. The longing they had endured was finally satiated, their love consummated in a union of flesh and spirit.
In that moment, nothing else mattered. Only the two of them, lost in the sweet embrace of love. After they were done love making, Fernanda slept peacefully as Damon watch her sleep, he definitely wanted more but he knew his wife no longer belong to him but to his child and he smiled with the thought ,he rose up and went to the kitchen he need to eat more of Fernanda delicious meals.
Detective D chuckled to himself as he headed to the kitchen, his stomach growling with hunger. He couldn't believe how much his life had changed in just a short time. From being a solitary detective to a loving husband and soon-to-be father, he was grateful for the new priorities in his life.
