When Taehyung and Yoongi arrived at the scene, they were immediately surrounded by cameras and reporters, all bombarding them with questions. Fortunately, a few security guards quickly stepped in to rescue them from the chaos.

"Papa..." Taehyung called out as he walked toward Hoseok.

"What happened?" Taehyung asked, his voice filled with concern.

"I don't know exactly, Tae. I just got here," Hoseok replied. "Did you call Dad?"

"Yes," Yoongi answered, rejoining them after a brief moment away. "The postmortem is in progress. Yoongi, you stay here and handle things. Tae, go to the hospital. Dad will join you there."

"Yes, Papa," Taehyung responded. The brothers then went their separate ways.

Upon reaching the hospital, Taehyung was approached by Hoseok's assistant. An hour later, Jin arrived, but Jungkook was notably absent.

"Dad, where is he?" Taehyung asked.

"I sent him home. It's chaotic here, and he would feel uncomfortable in all this," Jin explained.

"Yes, it's already overwhelming. Kang got arrested, but he denied everything ".

"Hmm... I got a call from the police station. Where is Dad?" Jin asked.

"At home. Yoongi and Papa are there."

Just then, Mr. Min approached them. "Taehyung, there are some news reporters outside. You need to give a statement," Mr. Min said, his tone firm.

"Me?" Taehyung looked uncertain.

"Who else? It's your responsibility now. Go," Jin instructed, walking away with his brother-in-law, leaving Taehyung to face the press.

The next morning was filled with grief as the Kim family welcomed those who came to pay their respects to Mrs. Kim. Cha sat beside her mother, occasionally wiping her eyes.

Taehyung glanced up as he saw a car approaching from his home. Jimin, a child, and Hoseok's parents stepped out. "Where is Kooki? Didn't he come with them? What the hell is he doing alone there?" he muttered, walking over to Jin. "Dad, let me go home and bring Jungkook here."

"Tae... I sent him back to Korea," Jin whispered.

"What? Alone? You should have asked me first, Dad... Good God..." Taehyung felt tears welling up.

"Tae, I told you, amidst all this chaos..." Jin began, but was interrupted.

"Taehyung," Hoseok called, approaching them. "The president is on his way. Go and welcome him."

"Papa..."

"Go," Hoseok said sternly. Taehyung looked at his dad, then walked towards the front door. "Dad sent Jungkook back to Korea, alone," he whispered to Yoongi.

"Why?"

"I don't know..." Taehyung gritted his teeth in anger.

The funeral concluded before evening, and soon everyone began to leave the house. "Yoongi, take Jimin and the baby home," Hoseok instructed. Yoongi nodded and walked out with them.

"We're going home," Jin informed his father.

"Stay here... I'm alone here," Mr. Kim pleaded, but Jin still walked out with Hoseok's parents.

Jin," the old man called out to his son. "He never came to you..."Hoseok stood in front of Mr. Kim. "It's very hard to live once your loved ones are gone forever."

"It's okay, Dad," Hoseok continued coldly. "You took my son away from us just because he put you out of the house. Ah, it's okay... Now you will feel the same way my family and I felt."

He leaned closer to Mr. Kim and whispered, "And you know, Dad... I killed her myself." Then he walked out.

"Tae... Let's go," Hoseok called his son as he headed towards his car. Taehyung looked at the old man, who sat like a statue, before following his mother.

"My daughter..." Jackson looked at everyone, his voice filled with desperation, but no one replied. He seemed tense and exhausted, on the verge of losing his sanity. He sank to the floor, repeatedly asking everyone about his daughter as they passed him by.

"Where are you heading?" Hoseok looked at his son.

"To Korea, to Jungkook," Taehyung replied.

"Are you out of your mind? You need to be here, Taehyung. You have to take care of everything now."

"Papa, you're here, Yoongi is here, and Dad is here. But Jungkook is alone there. I want to go to him."

"Enough, Taehyung. He is not a child. First, handle your responsibilities here, then think about Jungkook."

"He is my biggest responsibility," Taehyung said, clenching his fists in anger.

"Tae," Hoseok called firmly, "you have a lot of things to do now. Put aside your stupid feelings and come with me." He grabbed Taehyung's hand and led him towards the waiting media.
