It was a pity that Lisa took Shin to the door of the scheduled mediation room at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, only to find that someone was using the mediation room.

On the contrary, it was Jungkook, who was dressed in a suit, walked over with an erect posture, “The last mediation session has not finished yet. I’ve asked my client to wait for you in the cafe outside.” He glanced at his wristwatch, “It might still take a while to finish. In the meantime, I suggest you come to the cafe together with us so we can discuss the settlement plan first.”

Lisa thought, if they can negotiate a settlement in the cafe first, and then get the judge to go through the process later and sign the mediation, the case will be over. It was simply efficient and perfect.

Although she has heard a lot of Jungkook, it was the first time that Lisa officially had an interaction with Jungkook in regards to her work today. To her surprise, Jungkook was not as aggressive as Lin Hui had said. She doesn’t know if it was because of  today’s talk about reconciliation but he appeared to be quite gentle rather than sharp and fierce. He gave a very friendly smile to Shin. According to Lisa’s little understanding of him, for this behavior, Jungkook can even be called enthusiastic about Shin. He also took the initiative to serve him coffee, but he has probably never done such a thing before as he was clumsy in his movement. Instead of serving a cup of coffee to Shin’s desk, he spilled it on his coat. Shin had to take off his coat, and the air conditioner in the cafe was very cold.

“I’m really sorry.”
Although it was an apology, Lisa felt that Jungkook’s expression really didn’t have any sincerity, and it felt like he was doing it on purpose.

But soon, Lisa couldn’t be sure again, because Jungkook took off his expensive suit and handed it to Shin in order to express his apology.
“Sorry, you can wear mine.”

This dog man!!! When she originally asked him to help reinstall the system, he only gave the two indifferent words “no” to her. Now he was so gentle and self sacrificing for the other party? ? ? He also smiled at Shin four times! It’s not quite right, is it?

Lisa glanced at Jungkook and then at Shin.
In a flash of lightning, she suddenly had an epiphany.

Although Shin wasn’t exactly handsome, he had sharp angles and features. He was a very tough-looking man, and because he was a skilled worker in a workshop, he was in good shape.

Lisa glanced at Jungkook’s flawless face, which was completely unlike a real person and was just like a picture. At that instant, he looked like a blessed soul.

The process of the court is long and totally in vain. Normally, I will not negotiate a settlement with you when we have obtained the arbitration award which is completely in favor of us. However, in view of my client’s opinion, he is willing to make concessions out of his feelings for the company. Then why don’t we each take a step back and directly reconcile. For enterprise, it is arguably the most economical and rational solution to withdraw the application from the court, thus saving time and energy. It’s a win-win situation for both worker and enterprise.”

Although Shin was willing to take a little less compensation, he wanted to make a quick settlement. Instead of waiting for the long court process, he wants to quickly receive money to tide over his family difficulties. As a result of making a settlement with the enterprise, he can go through the resigning process quickly, and find a new job as soon as possible. The company, on the other hand, did not need to delay the process for so long, wasting their legal fees and time.
