Lisa  felt some sadness and relief in her heart, she had always felt that Shin was not someone who maliciously cheated on his sick leave, but now that she had heard it, she realised the original reason behind his action.
“So you have completely lost confidence in the caregiver, and no longer feel comfortable leaving your dad in the care of others, so you thought of taking care of him yourself? But because there was also a big shortage of money for the treatment, the whole family relied on you alone to support them, and you couldn’t quit and still needed the job and the salary, so you came up with the bad trick of cheating on sick leave?”

Maybe there was an intention to force Shin to resign automatically by disagreeing with personal leave at that time.
