Just leaving her alone was not a solution. Cleaning was the second thing. Jungkook hired a housekeeper for his mother, with a motive to find someone to watch her take her medication every day and have a healthy routine of three meals a day.

Jungkook’s mother has hypothyroidism which requires her to take medication every day. In addition, she also has severe diabetes and needs insulin. And also to find someone who will keep an eye on her, so that she cannot go out alone again. It’s not that Ms Sumin, who was a terror to the city’s domestic service industry, has Alzheimer’s disease and was lost on road. It’s just that when she goes out, Jungkook’s money was lost, or lost in significant amounts.
