Jungkook’s bad mood persisted until the wedding party of Li Min.

Li Min had good popularity when she was still working with JJ firms, so almost all of her former colleagues came to the party. The groom seemed to be from the legal circle as well, and Jungkook felt a bit familiar with him, as if they had met in some arbitration or lawsuit before, but he didn’t quite remember and didn’t want to waste time thinking about such boring matters.

As both the bride and groom were from the legal field, most of the invited guests were also familiar faces. The other colleagues were chatting and having fun with the guests, and Jimin, who was young and capable of speaking, was surrounded by several female guests. Minwoo and Rowoon were also eating cold dishes and laughing.

Although it was not a traditional hotel wedding banquet and not very luxurious, Li Min’s wedding was very creative. This villa in the suburbs had many high-end clubs, some of which were rented for people to hold parties, so the facilities were quite complete, and the catering services were also very good. The venue was warm and romantic.

The luxurious villa’s garden is full of blooming chrysanthemums and all-season begonias, as well as many other flowers and plants that Ji Lin cannot name. In short, the decoration is quite forest-like, with warm yellow light bulbs hanging from the branches and many decorations dangling from them. It looks like a fairy tale kingdom. At the end of the garden, there is even a fountain that, according to Li Min, can actually be turned on. It’s a pretty fountain with lights, but unfortunately, it couldn’t be turned on tonight, possibly due to a wiring issue. Li Min’s husband has already urgently contacted the villa owner, who said they would talk to the property management to fix the fountain as soon as possible.

However, even without the fountain, the decoration in the villa is impressive enough. While everyone else is enjoying the relaxed atmosphere, Jungkook remains with a straight face, drinking one glass of alcohol after another from the servers who keep coming to him.

He is unhappy. Ever since Lisa and  Hyunjae went to ShangLing mountain to see the maple leaves, she hasn’t contacted him proactively, and Jungkook has also held his breath and not contacted her.

Because he was unhappy, Jungkook drank a bit too much alcohol. Unconsciously, he had already passed his usual safe limit and was feeling a bit drunk. His mind was becoming less clear. However, the combination of this drunk feeling and the dissatisfaction in his heart only made him want to indulge more. Thus, caught in a vicious cycle, Jungkook drank even more.

Thankfully, everyone else was busy chatting and eating, and no one paid attention to him. Jungkook sat on a chair in the garden, drinking one cup after another by himself. Finally, someone sat down next to him.

He turned his head and realized it was Li Min, one of the hosts tonight.
As the bride, her makeup was beautiful and she wore a pretty dress. She handed Jungkook a cup of alcohol.
Jungkook took the cup and raised it to Li Min. “Congratulations on your wedding.”

Li Min accepted the congratulations with a smile. She drank her own cup of alcohol and then looked at Jungkook. “Partner Jeon, are you still single?”

Jungkook was stunned for a moment, then frowned. “Yes.”

Li Min smiled. “I thought so.” She boldly looked at Jungkook and said very naturally and candidly, “Partner Jeon, as a married person, I advise you to change sometimes.”

Jungkook continued to frown at Li Min, not knowing what she was trying to say.

Perhaps it was the alcohol that increased Li Min’s courage, or maybe she had finally let go completely. She looked at Jungkook and chuckled twice. “Partner Jeon, sometimes you really don’t know what to say to me. Do you know why I quit my job back then? Because you never see me, I am your assistant, I help you with various tasks every day, but I am like a tool person, you never see me except for the purpose of work , as an individual, I seem to be invisible to you.”
