Shin covered his face and said in pain, “It’s indeed my fault.” He looked at Lisa, “Lawyer, there’s no need to struggle anymore. What’s fake can’t be real, this thing can’t be pocketed even if you apply for identification.”

Shin himself had already admitted to the forgery, plus the evidence did appear to be fake, so if Lisa denied it in any way, it would be an act of obstruction of justice. The parties’ attitudes had already reached to this point, and Lisa, as the agent, could only lay down her arms.

Jungkook sneered, he glanced provocatively at Lisa, then smiled, before pulling out a document and handing it over, “I think we can now talk about a settlement plan.”

L8sa endured the throbbing veins at her temples and flipped through the settlement agreement, “Admit that he was fired for cheating his sick leave, therefore completely forfeit any compensation and immediately handover the employment termination contract?”

This was not a settlement agreement, this was the complete and utter victory of Jin Guang Electronics.
But now even if Shin’s tibia fracture was fake and his sick leave were fake, as his lawyer, she still had to fight for his interests until the last moment, “We request that the employment termination procedure be done as voluntary resignation process, and do not accept the admission of being fired for fraudulent sick leave.”

After consulting Shin, she negotiated again,”We give up all the compensation and will no longer go through the tactics just used to delay the trial. The only requirement is termination to be treated as voluntary resignation. Meet this and we can immediately ask the judge to produce a mediation letter and there will be no further involvement.”

The compensation was gone, so at least make the reason for leaving look good and not affect the next job opportunity. The initiative to leave and be fired are two different things.
After Lisa finished speaking, Jungkook chuckled, “Impossible.”

Till the identification results came out, this was not considered false evidence. As soon as she had strived to convince the enterprise to mediate during this period, she could have turned the defeat into victory.
It was a pity that Jungkook’s series of unorthodox plays had completely defeated Shin, who had given up the struggle completely.
