Dear brother,
You're a clever boy, with your charming wit
Under your puppy dog eyes
You know how to what you want
I'm surrendered to your wishes
You spend each day in your own
World of imagination
Amused by racing cars the size of your palm
I think to myself 'I wish you'd grow up, then you'd know how I feel'
How many times!
Have I cleaned after you, or watched over you.
But I dread the day the innocent glow in your smile is dimmed
All the times I've been mean to you,
And spoken words untrue,
I'm sorry
Your my best friend.
Love,
Your big sister

PoetryHey guys, I've decided to publish an anthology, not necessarily based on my own experience, but my collected thoughts and ideas. I'm putting out a poem a day. I hope you enjoy it..
