CHAPTER 12 : Spending Time With U

"Wow , you look pretty." Hyunjin said as he pulled away from the hug and was making his way to sit on one of the couches that were circled around a table infront of Soojin's desk.

"Thank you , Hyun." She said with a smile. "Americano?" She asked as she reached her hand to grab the phone. "You know me too well." He said winking at her which caused her to giggle.

"Two americano please." She said to her secretary through the phone and hung up the call. She looked at Hyunjin who was already looking back , "So , how's work?" She asked him.

"It's alright , there was plenty to do today , but I got it done. Work piled up really fast by the time I was absent." He said , followed by a small laugh. "What are you planning to do today?" He asked.

"Ummm , nothing much , I just have like 5 files left and I'll be done." She replied. "That's great , because today my dear we're going to spend the day together." He stated , putting on a proud face expression while crossing his arms.

"Isn't that supposed to be a question not an order?" She said raising her eyebrow. " Cause I'm not asking I'm just informing you so you can be ready." He said smiling at her "innocently".

"And what makes you think I want to spend my day with you?" She got him there , his face immediately changing to a serious one with an eyebrow raised. He suddenly got up from his place and went beside her where she was sitting behind her desk.

He looked at her with a smirk on his face as he got closer to hers , whispering to her ear "And what makes you think I'll let you spend it with another , princess , hmm?" He said in a low voice sending chills through her body.

Soojin froze in her place , a dark shade of pink decorating her cheeks , but will she let him get away with it? Absolutely not. So when he was about to go backwards , she grabbed his cheek softly with her thumb and index finger and kissed his cheek very slowly.

Hyunjin did not expect that , he froze in place looking at her in shock , it was the first time a woman had done this and it was extremely hot in his opinion , he felt heat rush through his body , looking at her eyes with the wide eyes of his and got lost , their faces were very close. He felt the urge to move closer a bit and get a taste of what he always wanted , her lips.

His ears turned beet red and this didn't go unnoticed by Soojin , she looked at him with innocent eyes and smiled in victory , "You're not the only one to tease people Mr Hwang." She said as she smirked at his reaction , then bursting out in laughter right after.

"But you know , you can take that as a yes." She stated. Hyunjin was still close , he didn't want to back off , " A yes to what exactly?" He looked at her lost. She couldn't help but burst into laughter again. " That I accept to spend my day with you." She answered.

"Oh that , yes , but I need more than just a single kiss to approve." The smirk didn't take a single second longer to appear on his face , what a couple right? "Approve to what exactly? You were the one who wanted me to spend my day with you." She asked him raising a brow playing cool , while her heart was about to jump from her chest.

"Who knows? I could change my mind right?" He said in a proud tone , turning his face to the other cheek while tapping it twice , gesturing her to do it again. She looked at him and sighed , how could she even say no? "Fine."

She got closer and pecked his cheek. "Done?" She said rolling her eyes playfully. "Yeah , might do for now." He said winking at her raising his eyebrows in victory and returning to the place he was sitting on.
