Adrian's POV~

The past few days has been a little fucked up. The school in the pack land caught on fire from a group of rogues that had attacked us during the night. It was a surprise hit but no one was killed. There were a few people hurt but they'll heal/live.
I was sitting in the living room with my gang of friends when my father had came in and threw down a couple folders on the coffee table. We all jumped to the sound then looked up at my father. We all stood up and bowed our heads at him but he just waved us off.

"What are these father?" I asked as I leaned down to grab the folders.
"They're for you guys. It's your class schedule, at your new school." He to us. I was about to protest but he stopped me. "I've gave you a few days to rest after what happened. You need to get back to your schooling. All of y'all do. I don't know when the school is gonna be back up and going but to keep your grades and stuff up, you're going to the school in town."
"Yes, alpha." The gang said as they grabbed their own folder.
"I tried my best to get you all in the same class but I couldn't. But you do have," my father said looking at me. "Your beta and a few of your guards in a classroom together. I made sure of that."
"Which school we going to again?" I asked.
"North Grand High." My father said.
"Ain't that your mates school?" Ryan asked me through mind-link.

I nodded my head answering both what Ryan and my father said. This was gonna be fun.

The next following day, I gotten up for school. I wasn't ready for this, at least going to a human school. Well not all human, I suppose what my mate had said what her boyfriend. Adam growled at that. He didn't want her near him. If what she said is right, he's a vampire. A newborn that doesn't even know he's one or hasn't transitioned yet.
We all gathered out in the garage, I drove my new Ferrari along with Ryan driving his as well. Although, Billy and the others rode in the SUV's as guardsmen.
When we pulled into the school parking lot about 2 hours later, everyone that was there turned their heads to look at us. Like who the hell are these people. When we all parked and got out, everyone had surrounded us like we were newborn puppy dogs or something. Everyone was asking us a lot of questions about our cars; how many miles to goes, how much to a gallon, and whatnot. I was really paying any mind to them until I heard a man's voice calling out my mate's name. When I looked up to see where and who it was, I saw Cris, my lovely mate, staring back at me.
I saw she caught her breath where she almost fell over but grabbed ahold of the stairwell before she did.

"Cris," someone said my name again.

This time she and I looked where we heard it and of course it was freaking Kenny. The one that stole my mate from me. I wanted to storm right over there and rip his head off his body. But before I even took a step, Ryan grabbed my arm. That's when I let Adam use his senses to listen to their conversation.

"Babe?" Kenny called.

Adam growled when that bastard had called our mate that.

"Yeah?" She asked.
"You okay, you looked like you were about to faint there for a moment." He asked her.

Faint? Why would she want to faint for? Is it because he's near her. Is she scared? I just want to run over there. Ryan squeezed my arm a little tighter. I looked over at him for a moment then looked back over at my mate.

"I'm good, I lost my footing when you called me. What's up?" She said.
"Do you work tonight?" He asked her.
"You know I do. I barely get a day off. Why?" She told him sounded a little irritated.
"Well there's this new movie coming out in the theaters and I wanted to take you tonight." He told her.
"As in a date?" She asked.

This time both Adam and I growled. My guys looked at me then around to see why I was growling.

"Chill." Ryan mind-linked me.
