A few days had passed since what happened. I haven't been to school but Lilly has for me. She said that Ryan and Adrian were asking about me. She said Adrian was worried sick over what happened and she said that he had taken care of those people that did this to me.
I had nothing broken on my body so I don't get why he did that for me. I mean I have a few bruises here and there and my head hurts a little when they pulled my hair and when I had hit my head on the wall when they knocked me down but other than that I'm good.
It's a new week of school and I'm back. When Lilly and I walked into the school, everyone was looking at us. Mostly me and I don't know why. When I got to my 1st class, I was met by Ryan and a few of his friends. Ryan waved at me as I came in. Adrian wasn't in there and I was confused to why he wasn't here.

"Hey Ryan, where's Adrian?" I asked.
"He's around." He said then nodded his head my way making me turn around.

When I turned around in my seat, Adrian was walking my way. He was smiling at me which got a smile out of me.

"Hey gorgeous, how you feeling?"
"I'm a little better, still sore but I'll be fine." I said as I rubbed my arm. Which I wish I didn't in front of him.
Adrian softly grabbed my arm and moved my sleeve and saw the bruise. His smile went away and had more of a mad look going on. "Is this what they did to you?" He asked me.
I didn't want to answer him but something in me told me too. I nodded my head at him then looked down. "Yes, but they're going away. I bruise easily Adrian. So please don't get mad. I'm just a girl."
"It doesn't matter if you're a girl, they had hurt my girl." Adrian said.

When Adrian said that, I looked up at him and I wasn't the only one looking at him either. The whole class was. But I didn't care, he said I was his. I smiled at what he said. Like something inside of me was telling me that he was speaking the truth. I had butterflies in my stomach and I didn't know what to say to him. But before I could, the teacher came in and told everyone to take their seats and look forward.
Adrian walked behind me to take his seat next to Ryan. I was still smiling at what he had said.
Class ended pretty quickly and I was glad too. It was a little boring where I was starting to fall asleep. Adrian walked me to my next class and it was one of the few I had without him. But it was one's I had with the twins and I kinda missed them.
When I walked into my next class, I went to my seat. Jenny was sitting there talking to a few people when I came in they stopped taking.

"Jenny," I said.
"Cris, hey. How are you feeling, I heard what happened?" Jenny said.
"I'm fine. Just jealous ex's I guess. Even though there's nothing going on with me and Adrian."
"Well you know how females get over a guy. I mean look how Kenny was when he saw you talking to Ryan and Adrian. But he had no right to call you what he called you or what. I mean we're all friends right?"
"Exactly. Speaking of Kenny where is he?" I had asked Jenny.
"Father pulled him out for showing his ass off that day. Father thinks he can do better taking over the family business without schooling." Jenny said.

I nodded as the teacher came in and started class. But just like before, class ended quickly. And so did the next few classes. By the time lunch came, we all met in the cafeteria and got our food. Adrian and Ryan brought their food along with Lilly and Jenny. Me, I only had a bowl of fruit and a water. But Adrian kept feeding me some of his food which only made me laugh each time he put his fork or spoon in front of my mouth.

"So prom is coming up in a few weeks." Jenny said. "Are you guys going?"
"I am. Ryan asked me to be his partner in bio earlier." Lilly asked.
"Wait what?" I asked as I looked over at Ryan.
"I asked Lilly to be my date and girlfriend." Ryan said smiling.
"Shut up." I said all excitedly.
"Well if that's the case, Cris will you be my date for prom?" Adrian asked me.
"Oh, ummm well I don't know. Are we even allowed since our parents are dating?" I asked him.
"So, it's not like we're dating. It's just two friends going to prom together." Adrian said but sounded sad, hurtful that it wasn't actually a date for him.
"Okay, fine. I'll go to prom with you. That means, we'll have to go to the mall this weekend to find cute prom dresses." I had said.
