AT THE SOUND, EVERYONE LOOKED AT THE SCREEN, the camera shifting to the head table as Professor McGonagall tapped a silver cup, calling for attention.

"Your attention, please," she announced, her voice cutting through the clamor.

Dumbledore, then rising gracefully from his chair, offered a warm smile to the assembly. "Welcome to a new year at Hogwarts! Before we begin our banquet, I would like to say a few words. And here they are: Nitwit! Blubber! Oddment! And Tweak!"

The camera shifted to Rosalie looking at him weirdly. Almost everyone in the first year seemed to share the same look of confusion.

"What was that!?" several voices exclaimed in unison. "Nitwit, Blubber, Ment!? WHA-?"

"You all are bloody dimwits!" Bellatrix exclaimed, cutting off the murmurs. When she noticed the questioning looks, she nodded at her siblings, prompting them to explain.

"A 'nitwit' is the opposite of what a Ravenclaw wants to be," Narcissa started.

"'Oddment' represents changes, which conservative pure-blood Slytherins try to avoid," Andromeda surprisingly stated next, earning a subtle smile from her two sisters who tried their hardest to conceal it.

"'Blubber,' meaning a worthless, lazy lump, is the opposite of the hardworking Hufflepuffs," Regulus added.

"And Gryffindors, being heroic and all that, think they can 'tweak' the world and its people, right the wrongs," Sirius finished, earning more astonished reactions as they couldn't believe that all the Blacks agreed on Dumbledore's seemingly nonsensical words.

Dumbledore smiled ever so slightly at the scene unfolding in front of him, while the Black parents felt a warmth inside at the interaction, almost smiling at the sight but trying their best not to show it.

Meanwhile, some students just gave them bewildered looks, wondering how they could understand the jumbled words.

Noticing the unbelievable looks, Bellatrix raised her eyebrow. "What? We're taught by Arcturus Black himself. What do you expect?"

The travelers shared silent snickers at the whole ordeal, finding the scene endearing.

Back on the screen, Dumbledore, still standing from his chair, declared, "Let the feast... begin."

With a wave of his hand, the enchanted ceiling of the Great Hall sparkled with magic as dishes and platters of food appeared on each table. The aroma of roasted meats, fresh bread, and steaming vegetables filled the air, mingling with the delighted exclamations of the students.

"It still amazes me to this day," Ron stated, reaching for some popcorn from Dorcas's bowl.

"It's because you love food, Ronald," Hermione countered, rolling her eyes, much to everyone's amusement.
