~Liam’s POV~

Since Ashley expectantly left, I’ve been really down. Andy has come over to hang out but he only ended up staying a short time because I didn’t feel like hanging out. I keep trying to get a hold of Ashley. She hasn’t been answering. I kept thinking about that night. We didn’t use a condom, and there was a very good chance that she would become pregnant. In only 19 years old. I’m most defiantly not ready to be a father. My phone buzzed in my pocket. My eyes grew wide when I saw it was a text from Ashley.

From Ashley: Tomorrow and Wednesday is the wake for James. Thursday is the funeral. </3

I wasn’t sure why she was telling me this. I’ve never really been in this position before. I don’t really know what to say.

To Ashley: I’m sorry to hear that Ashley. I’m looking for flights right now. I love you.

I kind of just let me fingers lead the way as I was texting Ashley back. I was going to look for flights so we could talk face to face about everything. I really wanted to be with her now; I know it’s a hard time. Losing someone is defiantly the hardest things to deal with. I knew if I went to the funeral I would probably ruin it. I also want to give her time to relax and be with her family before I come see her.

A few more text were sent between us. She didn’t want me at the funeral and I understand that. I just have to be patient with her and only come when she is ready to talk.

I sat up on my bed and headed into the kitchen to grab something to drink. I heard the sound of a car door closing. I figured it was just the neighbors, until there was a knock at my door. That was strange I wasn’t expecting company. Andy or the boys would have at least texted me before they arrived. I walked over to the door and opened it to see Danielle standing right before me.

“Hi Liam.” She softly said.

I was lost for words I didn’t have feelings for her anymore; it was really strange she would just show up like this.

“Danielle? What are you doing here?” I asked.

“I really miss you Liam, I’ve been seeing a lot of stuff on Twitter about you having a new girlfriend. I wanted to come see if it was true myself.”

Was she jealous? “Well we never really said we were in a relationship, but yes technically I am seeing someone else.” I said in a strange tone.

Danielle was still standing outside of my flat. I had a feeling that if I invited her in things wouldn’t go very well; I continued to talk to her outside of my flat.

“I’m happy for you Liam, but I do miss you. Well I guess I should be going.” She sighed.

I didn’t want to be rude, but I also didn’t want to talk to her. As she was leaving I called out to her.

“Danielle?”

She turned around meeting my eyes.

“We should catch up sometime.”

I don’t even know why I just said that. I didn’t want to catch up with her. I just didn’t want to be completely rude. Danielle flashed me a smile and walked to her car. I watched her as she drove off. I couldn’t process what I just said. “We should catch up sometime.” I can’t believe myself right now. I walked into my kitchen to make myself some tea. My phone started ringing. I jumped not realizing my ringer was on.

I walked over to my phone to see who was calling, it was Niall. I couldn’t ignore him he was one of my best mates.

“Hello.” I said into the phone.
