Chapter 4

That morning, both Namjoon and Jimin came to drop Jungkook off at Yoongi's office.

"Kook, are you sure you can manage everything by yourself?" Namjoon asked, Jungkook smiled and cupped his face, looking into his eyes.

"Hyung.. I know you miss me, but I can't be with you all the time. When I'm gone, find a sister in law, or brother in law.. anyone is fine." Jimin, who was in the driver's seat, also laughed at what Jungkook said with a giggle.

"Yeah, yeah, that's all I need now."

"Thank god! Finally you understood it."

"Don't be smart with me and listen.. You need to stay away from that man. Don't be alone with him at any time. If anything happens, call me right away. I'll tell Yoongi too.."

"Aish hyung, don't tell yoongi hyung to babysit me. I'm not a kid. I can take care of myself."

"That's what I'm afraid of."

Anyway, after hundreds of advices, Jungkook was allowed to leave with Yoongi. Even though it was annoying, Jungkook understood that Namjoon's fear was justified since this was the first time that he would spend two weeks away from home.

A luxury bus had been prepared for the transportation as all the cast members were going. Jungkook got to sit next to the actor named Mingyu, who is the third party in the love story of Jooan and Jeha in the drama. Mingyu was also a new actor and because he was Jungkook's age, Jungkook, who does not easily talk to someone, quickly became friendly with Mingyu.

No matter how mean Taehyung was to him, Jungkook's eyes instinctively darted around to find his tall figure, but he could not take a glimpse of him.

"Is he not coming today?" Jungkook let out a heavy sigh at that thought but he smiled slightly and paid attention to whatever Mingyu was saying again.

After a journey of about 3.30 hours, they reached Gyeongsang. Jungkook peered through the window with wide eyes.

"Nice scenery, isn't it?" Jungkook nodded in response as Mingyu asked, looking into his shining eyes.

"Director Min must have chosen this province because of the donggyung palace. It used to be part of a palace that belonged to the Silla kingdom." Mingyu explained, making Jungkook eager to visit the said palace.

"Have you been here before?"

"Yeah, I have been here three or four times before.. I used to travel with friends in my teenage years." Mingyu replied and Jungkook remembered his childhood. Since his father was a businessman, they got to spend less time together. But even though he couldn't go far on holidays, his father used to take Jungkook, Namjoon and their mother to Lotte World.

"There is a pond here full of lotus flowers... I will take you to show it." Jungkook smiled and nodded when Mingyu suggested.

"Do you want to move to this side?" Mingyu asked, realizing that it was difficult for Jungkook to properly look at the scenery outside the window since he was sitting on the other side.
