well tyler is imogens twin and from nick being friends with imogen led him to meet tyler, and at first tyler was nice and all and when they started dating thats when he started being a cunt but nick never really left the relationship as he was used to seeing it from his parents growing up. From my view the reason why tyler is still obsessed with nick because hes just quite frankly jealous as he loved making nick feel like shit but now he has charlie nicks life is a lot more easier and tyler just wants to make it a living misery for nick

well it all really started with me and my mates talking about fan fic ideas for me (i wanted a fan fic to be based off of nicks mental health) and one of them started talking about an abusive ex for nick and we started roleplaying in a groupchat together about it and it just kind of fit what i wanted to write. so i started to plan on what to write and i basicly wanted to make tyler one of the most hated characters, which has been obviosly showing very well and i wanted nick to feel slighty uncomftable if thats how you word it with being in a relationship that is normal and isnt abusive and to have nicks mental health be at rock bottom to show that it takes time to get over things and to have bad days and memorys of it and to show that it will eventually be okay
