Chapter 3

"Oh my god! There he is! Just look at him! And you have actually talked to him!" Alice said.

"Okay, I just walk normally towards him, and drop my books. Oh god! Do you really think it will work?" I was nervous, what if he just continued to walk!

"Of course it will work, you helped him with his food yesterday, he owes you," Lizzy said. I trusted her... okay, I did not, but I started to walk towards him anyway.

"Hi Katie!" Oh shit! I actually dropped my books when I saw him standing right in front of me. WOW! HE said hallo to ME! That's crazy!!!

"Hi, Will! You surprised me!" I said, and bent down to pick up my books. Before I'd even touched them, Will had them all in his arms.

"Here," said he. Oh god! His eyes is so incredible, I love them.

"Oh! Thank you, Will," said I. He gave them to me.

"Hey, would you mind sitting with me in the lunch?" WHAT?! Will Barnes asks to sit with me in the lunch! GOD GOD GOD! Help me! Oh shit, breath or you'll faint, you idiot!

"Of course I will! Okay, I have to go to class now, see you then!" Oh dear lord! Wha.. wha... what? Did he really ask me to sit with him?

"Okay, what happened? I saw him pick up your books, did he say anything?" Alice couldn't wait to hear all the details.

"If he said anything? Of course he did! Jeeze I'm dying, this is crazy, man!" I really hadn't found my head back yet, this is just soooo crazy!

"Oh, come on! What did he say? Please tell!" Begged Alice. The bell rang, so I turned away from her with a "you will never know" look, and walked in to the classroom.

God this day had been long! It's five minutes till lunch, and it feels like I've been here for a year!

I stared at the clock, see? Every minute pass like it is hours! Oh so boring!

"So, Will asked you out or something?"

"Wuths..?" I said, waking from a daydream.

"Well, you don't usually sleep in my lessons," Mr. Loren said. Oh god!

"Oh no! I'm just tired, was up very late last night," lied I.

"Oh no, no, no, no, no, I know that look on your face, the guy asked you out, didn't he?" Mr. Loren asked.

"Why would you care anyway? And why would I care? I don't even know the boy," I said.

"Katie, you're crazy about him!" Loren said in a mocking voice.

"Yeah okay, maybe I am. Hey! How do you, of all people, know that?" I asked, confused as hell.

"To update you, I am NOT blind," said he and smiled at me.

"God I hate you! Oh my! It's lunch now! Goodbye mister," then I ran out of the door, leaving him smiling on the desk next to mine.

"Hi!" A silent voice whispered in my ear. I turned around and faced the most beautiful eyes in the world.

"Hey," I said and smiled. I was about to pay the cafiteria woman, but Will was faster than me.

"I'll pay for that," he said, and handed the cafiteria woman the money.

"Wow, such a gentleman!" she said, and winked at me.

"Thank you," I said when we sat down on a table.

"No problem," he said. I smiled. "So, I've been thinking, is there any chance you would want to go on a date with me? I know we first talked yesterday, and it was very little, but I think that will be okay," said he. OMG! Yes, yes, yes!!! I took a deep breath, trying not to make it too obvious.

"Yeah sure! That would be great, yes!" I can't believe this, it's so crazy! Wow, I need someone to hug right now!

"Okay, cool! What do you say to dinner and movie at my place? I'm a great cook," said he.

"Yah, okay, sounds great, but when?" I asked. I was so exited!

"On saturday? My parents and my sister will be in New York with a play. My sister wants to be an actress, and my parents always watches her plays," he said.

"Okay, but when should I come over?" I asked.

"I'll pick you up at three at your house, okay?" he asked. I nodded and sighed.

"What?" He asked.

"Nothing, I'm just exited," I said.

"Yeah, me too," he said and smiled at me. After a little while the silence started to be a little awkward, so I drank some of my coke.

"You want?" I asked. Yeah, cool Katie... He took the bottle and drank a little. When he handed it back to me again, he placed his hand on my neck, and pulled my head carefully towards him. He placed a kiss on my cheek, and the bell rang. He looked deeply into my eyes, and rose. We walked out of the cafiteria together, and said goodbye outside my classroom.

I have no words. I have no words, sorry! This is probably the best day of my life. Oh sweet lord! I can't believe he actually aske me out on a date!

"Lizzy!!!" Screamed I across the hall. "You won't believe this, come here! Hurry, hurry hurry, now, quick, quick, quick!!!" I sang, and watched her fake running through the hall like a mental. I laughed so hard I almost fell down on the floor.

"What, what, what?! Did he ask you out? Did he? Did he?" Wow, my best friend just turned crazy!

"I'll tell you after school. We'll have a four people party on the beach with loud music and we'll all have so much fun! What do you say to that?" I asked, and was so exited about it.

"Yeah that sounds fun! And we'll all bring bath suites to. I'll go tell Alice and Ricky right now! Say we'll meet at five?" she asked, and I nodded. My god it is a long time since we've all hang out like that!

"Bring a lot of soda!" I screamed at her back.
