It was the end of the day. I stood outside the P.E hall talking to Mr. Loren about something in history class that I'm interested in. Yeah, I’m a school nerd, so what?
I saw Will coming up the hill towards us. Finally! Yes, I knew will would come here. I heard him telling Frank he had to ask the teacher something, that is why I am here really. Man. I’m such a stalk!
My heart started to beat faster as I saw that hot thing coming closer. I forgot everything about the conversation and didn’t realize what I was doing before the teacher started to laugh at me.
“What?” I asked. I could tell Will was smiling, and the light from the sun made his eyes look blue like the ocean. He was just so incredibly sexy!
"Hi, are you here too?" His eyes were fixed on me.
"No, I'm in Pennsylvania, this is just a hallucination." They both laughed at my stupid joke, and Will sent me the breath-taking smile of his. I felt blood flush to my face, I'm so silly.
"But Mr. Loren, you were the one I was searching for," Will said, and turned to the teacher. The teacher nodded.
"Well then, we better end our conversation miss McLaine." He said, and smiled at me.
"Yes, we better do, I have to go anyway, goodbye, see you tomorrow," I started to walk backwards away from them.
“Bye,” the teacher said.
“See you tomorrow, Katie!” Will said and… did he wink at me..?
Oh my! Will said he would see me tomorrow and… winked? That’s sick, I love this! Was that to overreact? Who cares! I waved at them and started to run down the hill with a huge smile on my face.

When I walked past Lizzy’s house she came running out.
"Where the hell have you been?" her voice was a little angry.
"Sorry, I stood outside the gym hall talking to Mr. Loren and then Will came! But I left though," I explained.
"Ooo, did you talk?" she asked in a flirty voice.
"Whit who, Mr. Loren?" I asked.
"Will, dumbass!" she said, and laughed at me.
"Sorry!” I said, waving my hands in surrender.
"Well, did Will say anything to you?" she asked.
“Yes, he did!” I squealed. “First he just said ‘oh, you here too?’ and then said he was searching for the teacher, but when I said goodbye is a whole other story!”
“Really? Tell!” she said.
“I said ‘goodbye, see you tomorrow’, it was meant for Mr. Loren, and he said ‘bye’, and then Will said ‘See you tomorrow, Katie’ and winked at me!”
“You’re kidding!”
“No! He really winked at me! I can’t believe it, he’s so amazing!”
After that she was asking me so many questions that I felt like a serial killer that she'd just caught, and she wanted ALL the details about EVERY kill. Okay, that was a really weird comparison, but fortunately I'm one of those people able to laugh at themselves.
The rest of the day we lay on the beach sunbathing and laughing, joking, telling secrets and just had such a good time together. It was so long since I’d had such a great time as this with my best friend.
When I came in it was 11 or something, and I was so tired I almost fell asleep in the shower. I have no idea how I managed to stay awake all the way to my bed, but when I was in my comfy bed, finally, I had only one thought in my messy mind: What a wonderful day!
