Will’s POV

I walked towards the school from the parking lot. A guy came towards me with an angry look on his face.

"I hope you had a nice trip to the cabin, with your new friends and pretty girl," he said. I could tell he didn't mean it. The trip, yeah, dad told me about it, but I can't remember what happened up there. What should I answer?

"Uhm... excuse me, but who are you?" I asked after a while. The boy's jaw dropped, and I saw true hate in his face.

"You are such an asshole! I was your fucking best friend, and now you treat me as if you have never met me! Do you want to know something? We fought, yes, but to act like you don't know me... you are the worst person ever lived, Will! Go to fucking hell, and never even look at me again!" then the guy turned around, and left me behind with a shocked face. What was that all about?

I started walking towards the school. In the hall is saw some girls standing in a group. When they saw me, they sent me flirty looks and I waved at them. They started giggling way too loud.

"Mr Barnes!" a woman called.

"Yes, Mrs..." damn, I didn't know her name!

"White," she said. "Just follow me."

"What have you gotten yourself into now, Will?" a guy asked with a friendly grin. I had no idea who he was. The woman led me to her office, and sat down behind her desk.

"Please sit," she said, and pointed at the chair on the other side of the desk. I did as she said and sat down. "I've heard about the accident, and I'm very sorry, are you fine now?" she asked.

"Yeah, it's all good now, almost," I said, referring to the memory loss.

"Yes, I heard about that too, and that's why I wanted to talk to you. Do you remember anything, anything at all?" How many times shall people ask that question?!

"The last thing I remember is coming home from New York some years ago. I can't remember nothing after that, nothing at all."

"Okay, then you'll be treated like a new student. I have your schedule here, a map, and I have already told the other teachers that you have memory loss. They will tell the kids." I nodded. "Your first class is English, just look at the map and you'll find it. Good luck Mr Barnes, I hope everything will come back in place." Then she waved me out of her office.

I looked at the map, and walked the way to English. I was a little late, so it was only one desk not used right in the front. I saw the boy who shouted at me earlier and one of the girls from the hospital... I think her name was Lizzy. The teacher started the lesson, and I realised that though I don't remember anything, I kind of remember this shit anyway. I know how to do it, though don't know remember how I learned it, if you know what I mean.

"Hey, Will," I turned around, and saw the shouting-guy right behind me. "So you really don't remember do you?" he asked.

"No, nothing," I said.

"Oh, then I'm sorry for shouting at you," he said.

"It's okay, but... who are you?" I asked.

"Oh, sure, I'm Frank, we were best friends before the... that happened," he said. That?

"Okay, but what was the shouting about, I didn't catch all of it, and didn't understand the rest..." I said. This was so weird!

"Uhm, come sit down with me and the guys in lunch, so that we can update you," he suggested.

"Okay," I shrugged. I was about to follow the guy when another boy said my name. I recognized him as the guy from the hospital.
